Great weekend trip
We wanted to hike Providence Canyon State Park and this VRBO was close and not a boring hotel. Love it! Even the fog out over the lake was cool.

Wonderful host who pays attention to the little details
Five stars across the board except in one area. Might just be our personal preference: As this rental is the downstairs of the host’s home we would have preferred to know who we could have met when we arrived in addition to already knowing there’ll be an electronic lock code for entry. Knowing more clearly that there was an opportunity to meet the host as we arrived, especially if it is not who is the contact within Vrbo (ex: if it’ll be the husband or the wife), would have been helpful to our arrival.

What a lovely birthday trip! The yard is perfect for a quiet fall night by the fire. Anne Elizabeth and Mark were incredibly friendly and accommodating. Anne even made a birthday cake for our arrival! The place is clean and cozy. We are used to a king bed, so the queen bed was a bit tight for us but we made it work. Incredible views, quiet neighborhood and friendly people. Can't beat that!

We had evacuated to this lake house from hurricane Milton and Anne was more accommodating than we could ask. She brought us a space heater, took us to see a neighbor's rental in case we needed to stay longer, brought us food when she was going to get groceries - the list is endless. Anne is a good soul and her property shows that she is very caring. You can't go wrong here.

Beautiful Stay
Great experience staying here! Made it very easy for us and provided great hospitality. Had everything we needed to barbecue, have a bonfire, and fish off the dock. We highly recommend staying here if you want a Great Lake getaway.
