Our smart-home features make accessing the home a breeze! You will receive your personalized code to enter the property three days prior to arrival. The Neighborhood:
Nestled on the east bank of the river in the Hudson Valley 100 miles north of New York City and 40 miles south of Albany, over 2,000 Germantown visitors enjoy a quiet, family-centered life-style in the country with easy access to the river for boating, fishing and viewing spectacular sunsets behind the Catskill Mountains. Some top attractions include:
- Tousey Winery: Known for its quality wines, tastings, and tours.
- Palatine Park: sports fields, playgrounds, picnic areas, and walking trails.
- Central House Hotel Inn: For those interested in historical architecture and local cuisine.
- Art Omi: This sculpture and architecture park features works from international artists spread across a vast landscape, offering a unique outdoor cultural experience.

Bringing or renting a car is highly recommended as Uber, Lyft and Taxi service in the area can be limited. Four-wheel drive is encouraged in the winter months for safety on potentially slick and snowy roads.
