Pacific Blue is a contemporary house located within the Gerringong village, with beautiful views to the blue waters of the Pacific Ocean. This house is stylish and well equipped, and has an unbeatable location - a five minute walk to Werri Beach, and the cafe and restaurant area of Gerringong is literally only 50 metres away!

With such a central location, guests can stroll into the village easily, or relax on the deck overlooking the clear blue waters of the sea. Pets are welcome at Pacific Blue. There is a fully fenced terrace area with enough room for small dogs to play.

Strictly no parties at this property – please. You will be evicted if this rule is broken.

Where will I be?

Pacific Blue has a great location - a five minute drive to Werri Beach, or the main street of Gerringong is literally only 50 metres away. The Gerringong local shops, on your doorstep, include a bakery, newsagency, IGA, bottle shop, chemist, pizza take away and much more!

Pacific Blue is a stylish and comfortable house - with fantastic ocean views from a large balcony. It has three bedrooms and could comfortably fit 5 adults or a family of 6. It is perfect for those who want the convenience of the village location while still being able to enjoy views and the sea breeze.

How is the property laid out?

Pacific Blue has the open plan kitchen and living areas are on the ground floor. There is a large lounge room with TV, which leads through to the kitchen. The kitchen is modern and well-equipped with all appliances, and next to the kitchen is a dining room that opens up to the deck with outdoor seating and ocean views. There is also a casual breakfast bar. An additional quiet sitting area is adjacent to the kitchen which is a great space for reading or for the kids to enjoy their games. The Queen bedroom is located downstairs, as well as a bathroom with shower, bath and toilet. Upstairs are two bedrooms with water views. One bedroom has a King bed, the second bedroom has a bunk bed. Please note that the bunk bed has a supportive mattress on the bottom bunk which will be comfortable for an adult. The shared bathroom upstairs has a shower and toilet. The garage houses the laundry and internal access to the property.

WiFi, Netflix, Pay TV - will I have it?

This property provides complimentary WiFi and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival email, or will be available at the property. Please note however that neither the agency nor the owner can guarantee 100% that the WiFi will work, and no compensation will be payable if problematic. If important, please therefore always have a back up plan.

What about outdoors?

A spacious balcony with magnificent views of Werri Beach, outdoor setting, and a gas BBQ.

Staying warm or keeping cool?

Pacific Blue makes the most of an easterly aspect, offering views of the sea and catching the see breeze. There is also reverse cycle air conditioning downstairs and upstairs to keep you cool in summer, or warm in winter.

Linen - What about sheets, towels and other supplies?

Sheets, pillows, blankets or doonas, linen and bath towels are provided at this property. Please however bring your favourite beach towels!

Parking for cars, boats etc?

There is a secure one car garage and parking for one car in the driveway. Street parking is also available, but please be mindful of parking restrictions.

Is my dog or cat also welcome to stay?

Pacific Blue welcomes small pets, subject to the following rules. There is also a gate at the bottom of the stairs to allow owners to keep their pet out of the upstairs area.

- If your dog will be inside during your stay, please provide bedding
- Please do not allow wet or dirty dogs in or through the house
- Absolutely no dogs on the furniture or in the bedrooms
- Please bag and dispose of doggy waste appropriately.
- Please consider that not all guests bring dogs on holiday and we want everyone to enjoy a clean and fresh home.
- Please clean up dog hairs or anything else inside the house before your departure.

What are the minimum stay rules?

- Summer Season: Between 2 and 7 nights, depending on the property
- Easter: 4 nights
- Long Weekends: 3 nights
- All other times: 2 nights

Are there any special Summer Season rules?

Please note that during Summer Season, our properties may have designated changeover days so as to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays.

Gerringong in the rain!
We had a lovely stay in Gerringong despite the rain got a walk in to the gorgeous local beach on the first day. Lucky we were so close to town with this house we walked with umbrellas to the local restaurants and were a short drive to local hotel Cronins where we were served very generous enjoyable meals. This home was fantastic clean and well equipped kitchen if you like to cook we will be back. Staff looking after the home also very helpful thankyou.
