Property is dated. Hallways were hot even though the A/C was constantly running. Thankfully the room A/C worked. The room did smell like a high school locker room unfortunately but beds and room looked clean otherwise. Elevator temporarily broke during our stay because kids were playing on it so being on the fourth floor kind of sucked but front desk staff Scott was awesome.

The women staff were friendly. The breakfast was excellent. The only thing I didn't like, was the hotel being at the bottom of a hill, making it hard to walk to town. We drove to the tour bldg, which had free parking, and walked from there.

All Round Good Hotel Stay!
The bed sheets were tucked in tightly and looked great. The bed was comfortable, and we could set the temperature of the room for our comfort. The hotel was extremely clean throughout. Very nice flower planters at the front doors that were well watered and added a cheery welcome. Unfortunately, don't have a picture of that. The complementary breakfast is a time saver for guests who want to get on their way quickly with at least a food(s) that could appeal to anyone. Most time consuming part of our trip was finding restaurants, and parking. Comfort Suites is located in a quiet location and we enjoyed a quiet and peaceful stay.

A good experience.
We were on a mini vacation to visit several national parks. We were not familiar with the area and the front desk manager was extremely helpful with recommendations for our visit to the parks, directions, dining suggestions and local shopping.

Family overnight stay visiting Gettysburg. This hotel was a good value. We like the rooms with 2 beds and a sofa. The room was clean, but the AC had a buzzing sound. Breakfast was adequate, the waffles were pretty good.

I liked the endless supply of iced tea and citrus water. The pool has plenty of seating. Breakfast was good. The rooms were clean. The beds were REALLY comfortable. Would stay here again.

I was very impressed with how clean the property was in the attention to detail given by the housekeeping staff. Rooms, bathrooms halls, elevators, lobby work extremely clean. The staff was great, very friendly helpful. The continental breakfast was excellent and they had very good coffee. Essentially located for visiting all the sites around Gettysburg

Breakfast area and spacious rooms are worth the stay here. We were unknowingly there during Bike Week. The employees were clearly a little worn out from all the travelers coming through, but still professional and nice. Despite how many people there were. Somehow there was always easy access to the luggage carts and plenty of food & seating options for breakfast. And the parking lot was easy to get in and out of.

Ant Infestation
Arrived late. Common areas remodeled. Second floor Room dated and not up to trends or expectations based upon price, description and stated rating. Son immediately hopped into the shower; limited and very small hygiene products provided. Mildew on shower head. Upon getting settled, noticed trash behind the TV stand while plugging something in. Then, noticed small sugar ants walking along the same furniture. Further inspection noted a sugar ant infestation all along that interior wall and furniture. Coffee maker broken. Front desk had no other rooms available. Offered a 25% discount that I had to request through hotels.com myself. No bananas at breakfast. Honestly, dissatisfied and disappointed is a mild review. I’m quite upset that I chose this hotel based upon the rating and reviews, instead of staying elsewhere.
