Es stimmt dass unsere hervorragende Lage im mittelalterlichen Herz des Stadtzentrums, ebenso wie unser reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet zu unseren größten Vermögenswerte gehören, aber vor allem schätzen wir Ihre Wertschätzung für die Zuvorkommenheit unserer Mitarbeiter, denn sie bleiben immerhin das i-Tüpfelchen für jeden erfolgreichen Aufenthalt in unserem Hotel! Wir sind mit Ihrer Bemerkung einverstanden, dass manche unserer Hotelzimmer renovierungsbedürftig sind, bitte akzeptieren Sie unsere aufrichtigen Entschuldigungen für die Unannehmlichkeiten die Sie begegneten, aber seien Sie bitte versichert, dass dies Teil eines zukünftigen Aktionsplans sein wird.
