Ghent is a very pleasant city to walk in, so the hotel is very well located, it is very close to the train station and it is not far from the center. The room is well lit, the bed is very comfortable, I really liked the view of the garden, especially at sunset, because of the way the sun enters the room, the breakfast was also delicious, I really liked having fresh orange juice , freshly squeezed, variety of breads and hams. Karl is very attentive, he speaks several languages, which makes it easy for tourists. In short, I recommend this hotel and if I have the opportunity to return to Ghent, I will definitely look to stay here, I really enjoyed my stay.

This is a charming and artistic B & B. The room is spacious and clean. The breakfast is rich and healthy. The B & B is conveniently located, a 7 minute walk to the train station and international convention center, and 25 minute walk to the city center. The owner/manager of the B & B is very friendly and helpful.

The breakfast is expensive for 20euros for cut up fruit and yogurt, bread and coffee. It wasn’t explained properly why I paid €16 euros more than what Expedia gave me including city taxes. But space wise - this is the roomiest B&B we had, newest also but the air conditioning in our room was directly pointing to our heads

What a great little Boutique B&B! Rooms were large and bright, outdoor seating area was very lovely! While we were not able to stay for breakfast, we were given a lovely breakfast to have before we left. Croissants were to die for, orange juice was fresh and delicious. Great coffee machine. Would have loved to stay longer and enjoy the property.

Nicely kept property. Rooms are large. On the pricier side for location (20 minute walk to town) and value. Be careful even though it says bed and breakfast and one would think it comes with breakfast it’s actually a bed and for an extra 20 Euro a day a breakfast.

This is a great little gem of a place to stay located near the train station (Sint-Pieters about a 10 minute walk) and on the Tram "1" line so it is easy to get into the city centre (which is only a 15 to 20 minute walk away. There are only 5 rooms, each well decorated with all of the amenities needed, and breakfast is fabulous. There is no name on the building, just the door bell box to ring to get in when you first arrive. Download the "De Lijn" App to buy transportation tickets for the trams and buses to get around - buy the M-Daypass for 24 hrs of unlimited riding for only 7.5€.

Lovely B&B, practical location.
The B&B was well located and roughly a nice 15 minute walk from the centre and only a 10 minute commute for my husband to his work meetings. We struggled to park so had to park at the train station about a 10min walk away but this was fine for us. The room was comfortable, bright and airy. Though a little dusty. The wooden floors could of done with a clean though everything else was very clean. The breakfast was very good! Fresh fruit, croissants, hams, cheeses and eggs was lovely and the dining room very well decorated. As we were here on business it was a good place to stop and we would stop here again. My only issue was the very noisey tram outside the front that woke us up a lot. We live in the countryside so aren't used to city noise. So in future we would just book a room overlooking the back gardens instead and not at the front of the B&B.
