Issues with bed comfort and dogs maybe a non mixed floor with no pets would be good. The elevator inspection was out of date and smelled like diesel fuel. Staff was nice and towels and amenities were adequate.

Arrived to find that the only elevator in the building did not work. Our room was scheduled to be on the 4th floor! No warning about this! We later learned that the elevator has been inoperable for months! The area beneath the raised bed was filthy! Breakfast food selections have been cheapened greatly since our last stay. We are in our 70’s. The staff was able to switch our room to the first floor. No luggage carts! This location is now well below acceptable.
