Arrived to find that the only elevator in the building did not work. Our room was scheduled to be on the 4th floor! No warning about this! We later learned that the elevator has been inoperable for months! The area beneath the raised bed was filthy! Breakfast food selections have been cheapened greatly since our last stay. We are in our 70’s. The staff was able to switch our room to the first floor. No luggage carts! This location is now well below acceptable.

I did not like the fact I did not get a phone call or email stating the elevator was not working, had to walk up and down the stairs from the 4th floor, and how some of the people hang out in the hall in front of your room door.

The hotel is clean. However the elevator was broken and we were placed on the 3rd floor. We had to walk up 6 flights of stairs to our room with luggage. Neither choice of compensation or new room was made available. Additionally, when we asked for fresh towels at the front desk, we were told we needed to retrieve the used ones and bring those down first. This seemed unreasonable considering the 6 flight walk up. In the evening there were also guests in the stairwells drinking beer. I would not stay here again.

You get what you pay for. This was an inexpensive option. We were only staying for 4 nights. The room was bigger than an average hotel room, because it is an "extended stay" type of facility. Bathroom was a decent size. There was a kitchen area, including full size fridge and a cooktop, but absolutely nothing in the cabinets to use (dishes/pots/pans/silverware). Think you could rent these items if you didn't have your own. The one elevator was broken. Under the impression this was not a new problem. We were on the third floor. They let us know this as we were checking in. We could have canceled and gone to a different hotel, but we were already there. Room was clean -- there is no daily maid service, and you needed to trade in your old towels if you wanted new ones. The "included breakfast" is really just some small muffins, individual bags of oatmeal and some nutrigrain bars, coffee and tea. The "fitness center" is a treadmill and bike/eliptical. Nothing else. Place is on the tired side. Staff was very friendly. If you're on a budget and don't plan on doing anything but sleep here, it's perfectly fine.

BE AWARE! Elevator has been down for 4 weeks and it’s still down as of today September 1st. Very inconvenient to go up and down the stairs with luggage or to receive a food delivery. Expedia or the hotel did not notified the issue before arrival and I had no choice other than stay due to my time of arrival. Room are spacious but noticed towels did not look clean at all I found stains on more than 1 which we decided to go to Walmart to buy some towels because we didn’t want to use the ones at the hotel, found a piece of used bar soap inside the shower on the floor, bed was comfortable no coffee maker but a kitchenette and a full size fridge. I did not have the best experience and it’s disappointing cause they can do so much better for the price we paid per night. Hotel location was the only positive thing I can say Walmart, Cracker Barrel, gas station, movie theater and other things are within walking distance.

I wanted to like this place but the elevator was not working for the 4 days we were there, for me this is an emergency situation but it was never a concern for them I guess. The trash was overflowing and as soon as I went to the room there were 2 roaches in the kitchen. Also, the toilet had disgusting stains. The staff was friendly at least but I would not recommend this place.

Elevators not working and was charged an extra fee for staying on the 1st floor. When I got to the room the toilet was leaking and water throughout bathroom floor. Went to call the FD and the phone did not work. Walked to the FD and was told there was no maintenance on staff until morning and that it cold not be fixed until then. I was given a towel to place on the floor to absorb the water until the maintenance could fix the issue the next day. When I checked out the manager apilogized for the issues and left it at that.
