OK motel on the outskirts of Grenoble
Not the most charming location, but there's free parking and it's a 10 minute walk from a tram stop that gets you into the center of Grenoble quickly. Room is quite small but clean.

Basic and convenient.
Basic room conveniently close to the university. However, check in machine required four phone calls to check in and finally the manager to come. Some of the buttons for the room ID did not appear to work and so had to wait for a new one to be created.

Front desk person was helpful and courteous. Free wifi was terrible: never more than 2 bars and disconnecting every few minutes. 10% discount to nearby Hippopotamus restaurant

Expect little to no service
They assigned me a room with a broken door (cracked and wobbly). The door code I was provided didn't work (some of the keys on the keypad were not working). As nobody is on site in the evening, I had to call the hotel phone number, which is not free. Nobody was answering. I had to book another room through the machine; luckily there were vacancies. I submitted a complain through the hotel website; no response. Next morning, the person at the reception reimbursed me for the extra room, but didn't bother to apologize. It's seems what happened to me is normal.

I wouldn't recomend you this acomodation
The location of the hotel is really bad, we didn't relax knowing where the car was going to be there all night. Once we we're in the hotel we found our room very untidy and the concierge didn't speak in English. Perfect cocktail.

J’avais pour mon séjour de 3 nuits, une chambre avec plusieurs lits. Toute une partie n’avait pas été nettoyé (draps non changé, gobelet des anciens occupants…) La salle de bain avait l’air propre et les serviettes avaient été changées. Pour le lit principal, j’espère que les draps avaient été changés également …

Chambre correct, les joints de la douche méritent un coup de nettoyage, litterie confortable. Chambres sombre du a l'architecture du bâtiment. Salle de petit déjeuné très petite, salle pouvant accueillir environ 20 personnes avec les tables très serrées. Gérant sympathique.

Nous avons passé une nuit en famille avec une chambre duplex avec 4 lits simples. La chambre était très bien pour une nuit, en revanche la salle de bain est très petite, les toilettes sont collées au lavabo donc pas facile pour s’asseoir et la douche est petite en hauteur. Sinon l’hôtel est calme et sécurisé Pour le petit déjeuner, c’est bien il y a du choix, c’est varié, si nous devions mettre un bémol ça serait sur le salé ( œufs et lard) car tres cuit
