This spacious home offers four large, cozy bedrooms. There are three bedrooms upstairs on the third floor and one family suite on the lower level.
The primary bedroom is a stunning room with high ceilings and wood flooring. The large windows allow in natural light during the day and the comfortable recliners in a sitting area near the window create a beautiful quiet place to enjoy your morning coffee overlooking the treetops, mountains, and Lake Winnipesaukee.
The other two upper-level bedrooms also offer lovely views of the surrounding landscape and a cozy mountain lodge aesthetic with solid wood bed frames, large windows, and plush carpeting. One bedroom has a queen-sized bed and the other a twin-over-full bunk bed.
On the lower level, there is a family suite that comfortably sleeps four, making it the perfect place for a group of kids or a couple with children.

Year-Round Driveway Restrictions: Due to the unique nature of our property's long, steep driveway, guests are prohibited from accessing the premises with trailers, vehicles equipped with lift gates, or low-clearance vehicles. Unfortunately, there is nowhere in our driveway, on the property, or on the street that you would be able to park a boat or a trailer carrying another vehicle. Please plan accordingly!
This restriction is in place to ensure the safety of our guests and to prevent potential damage to both the vehicles and the driveway.
We love dogs! We warmly welcome your canine companions to our home! For the safety and comfort of all, we kindly ask that you keep your furry friends on a leash when outside, pick up after them with poop bags, and be mindful of other dogs in the neighborhood.
We respect your privacy! There are no interior cameras. We do have a doorbell camera at each exterior door for your safety and for the security of our home.
Quiet hours are from 8pm-8am and we ask that you take all conversations inside after 8pm because neighbors will (and have) complained. We have a noise monitoring device outside, under the deck. Our noise monitoring device only measures the sound level, and will not record private conversations.
Please do not tamper with these or any safety devices - it is a violation of house rules. We are super easy going and flexible, but we are serious about this. If you tamper with any safety devices on our property, you will be asked to leave, and we will not issue a refund for any portion of your stay. Thank you.

Property owner assumes no responsibility for personal loss, injury, or illness of any kind which may result from use of the bunk bed and ladder. The owners are not liable for any accidents occurring. Parents with children should be especially cautioned regarding ladder use and agree to accept all responsibility for minors. While not an exhaustive list of precautions, guests agree to follow these industry standards: 1) Use of top bunk is limited to occupants 6 years or older; 2) Use of top bunk is limited to 1 occupant and a maximum 175 lb weight; 3) No jumping or other horseplay on or around the bed; 4) Always use ladder for entering and leaving the upper bunk.
