Staff when i checked it was wonderful. The bed was so lumpy it sagged at tge bottom and was raised in the middle on one side and sagged on the other. I wish i had check tge bed defore coming in so late i would have changed rooms.

Room given to us had so much damage, I went down to front desk to notify person in charge and they said it was okay. They knew about it. Room smelled covers were stained and dirty.

Overall, this was a decent hotel. Rooms were updated. The heater was not functioning properly. Great shower. Good location.

This was a last minute reservation and itnwas stressful. The front desk guy was new and claimed I hadn't paidnfornthenroom. He charged me twice for incidentals and the WiFi wouldn't connect in long enough intervals to check emails, read, or stream a program. The room was spacious with an old, loud AC unit. The tv was connected to a very old cable box and the tv vplume didn't really work so if the AC was on you couldn't hear the TV. Also there were very limited channels available. There was a fridge in the room along withnan old microwave and a coffee set up that was interesting. I didn't use it. The manager was very nice and took care of the double charge.

I am very unsatisfied with our stay. Upon arrival we were “greeted” by and extremely rude and irritated young man who was probably upset because we interrupted his smoke break right outside the hotel door. He spoke to us as if we were bothering him. He was extremely unhelpful and we could not understand the WiFi code that he quickly verbally gave us. As we left to the elevator, he scurried back outside to finish his cigarette. The hallway on the floor we were staying smelled atrocious as if nobody has actually cleaned the hallway floors in ages. The rooms were somewhat clean. We were given the smallest possible shampoo and conditioner. All throughout the night people were being loud in the hallways, playing loud music, yelling, running up and down the hallways. There was no common courtesy at all. We were put in a room right by the elevator, when there were more, better rooms available, which just made the noise problem all the worse. My husband and I didn’t sleep one bit during our stay. When we left there was still nobody at the front desk to see us leave. We had to hunt down some kind of staff to check out. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone and I plan on calling customer service during the week, I’m writing this on a Sunday, to put in a formal complaint.

Pool was dirty filled with leaves and what looked like dirt. My parents rooms box spring or mattress(can’t remember) looked like it had blood on the side of it. My parents room’s mattress were worn out to where it was uncomfortable. Mine had water leakage from the fridge it looked like and half my mattress was shot out. Lastly, kept getting woken up to knocking or someone trying to open the door when I had a DND sign on the door already.

Bed comfort mattress wise was horrible, they had to change our rooms after we entered as our door did not lock, noisy at night and early morning coming from outside and in the hallway, my kids wanted to swim and the pool was dirty with dirt/ leaves etc. place was clean, walking distance to a Dennys and the outlets. Most likely will never stay here again.

Our room was clean but very small. It was terribly noisy in the evening and being on the 2nd floor , there. were inconsiderate guests at 2:30 am, stomping and dropping heavy items on their floor. The dining room was so crowded with a tour bus of guests, there was not enough variety of food, condiments or even ice water for breakfast guests. Left feeling very disappoointed from this stay , usually Comfort Inn's are much better than this one. We won/t be back.
