The overall experience was ok. The staff we met were all excellent and room looked clean. The biggest issue was the bugs. We stayed there for one night. I found two bed bugs on my bed and many little bugs (frying ones) in the restroom. There were definitely more cause the next morning I found many bed bug bites on my body. I am very upset with that but other than that everything is fine.

Hot tub was broken nobody told us anything. When asked about we were told: we cant tell everybody everythijg that is wrong". No instructions nor any informatioj given at time of check out and no follow up upon leaving.

Rooms need a lot of work. Mattresses all slope, our clothes closet doors were off the track, the screen door to the balcony was ripped off its hinges and leaning against the wall of the balcony. It would of been nice to have that screen door to keep the bugs out instead of listening to the 1970's screaming air conditioner. Obviously, we will not stay there again.

No microwave in room. Coffee machine in room made lukewarm coffee. pool and hot tub were very clean and hot tub was hot. Staff was excellent!
