The staff were super friendly, even though we arrived quite late. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and clean and it was easy to get around (one of us was walking with a stick). The breakfast buffet was lovely and the food hot. It had a good variety of options too. We were only staying the night on our way home from holiday in the Highlands, but it is a good location for anyone wanting the OVO. Dinner options were non-existent by the time we arrived unfortunately (10pm), but the lounge foyer area looked good and you can get collect pizza to 9:30pm. You could always Uber Eats in though. The only thing we struggled with was parking. There's very little space for a drop off point and I went round the block a couple of times before calling the hotel switchboard. They have an option to listen to directions, so we weren't the first people to get lost! Basically, just park in the SEC arena car park which is directly next to the hotel. If you validate your ticket with the hotel desk, you will get some money off the parking charge.

Comfortable bed, good night's sleep. Only 1 small thing to complain about was that there were no coffee cups out at breakfast time, when I asked where they were I was told I could use the paper cups!! No thank you, if I wanted a coffee in a paper cup I would go to Costa. Waiter did go to the kitchen to bring cups/mugs out.

Pretty new hotel so all clean and spotless. The widest hallways I have ever seen in a hotel, led to a lovey feeling of spaciousness. Didn't have breakfast. Bought a few drinks at the bar in the evening. Reasonable cost for a 4 star hotel and bar area lovely and relaxing. Main plus point is location to Ovo hydro and Sec. Literally a minutes walk from the OVO entrance. Parking is easy. £10 iirc if you get your parking ticket endorsed. Will be my first choice of hotel for future stays, rather than the Premier Inn over the clyde. Much the same price but nicer hotel.
