Don’t stay not worth the money.
Flood on carpet so carpet soaking no rooms to move is to and hotel not really interested they gave us towels to put on floor not what I would have expected. Parking very restricted and not easy to park at all. Overall very poor and would not stay again

The hotel itself was beautiful and clean, service in the chop restaurant was not to great and the food was overpriced and only ok and we got the filet and ribeye that were just mediocre in taste. They only offer a gym at this location and nothing else. Their "parking" is a joke so just save your time and your $15 a day trying to get in there and just ask for their directions to their other lot which is just a block or 2 over and it's cheaper. We were warned after booking that there was construction going on, though we heard nothing while inside, it made it difficult to try and access the hotel while driving. All in all the hotel was nice and modern, but the exterior things (restaurant, parking and construction) need work.

Good if you don’t have a car
The “parking garage” which you have to pay for.. not sure you could call it a garage but it was a small handful of spots behind the hotel in an ally way that is not big enough for even the smallest of cars to maneuver in. Us and several other guests spent probably half an hour trying to move our cars into available spots without scraping the walls. The exhaust fans for the bathroom did not work even when on. The hotel staff burst into our room first thing in the morning while I was in a towel to check our room and open a window because they said they got an alert that a fire alarm was going off (though nothing was sounding in our room) from our room because of our shower steam. It was the most ridiculous thing. Very odd place all around.

One night stay in twin room
1 night stay to attend Concert ar Hydro. Check in was easy and quick. Room was twin and beds were excellent size. Shower was excellent and bathroom was also a good size. Only didnt score 5 due to a couple of things Had to ask where lifts were after checking in..she didnt explain how to get to room, what wifi or what time check out was. There was a damp patch on carpet near fridge...unsure if it was a leak or spillage from previous guest. Quilt was really heavy, felt like someone was lying on top of me...would have been great on a cold winters night however made sleeping very warm which personally I dont like

The room I had was nice a clean shower was amazing. The only couple things was the parking and trying to get the lift in the morning. The cleaning staff were using both and the same time as people trying to check out, so it was very slow dew to them being full and busy.

This was my second time staying at the property, the first was for work during the summer. We booked an Executive Suite, as this came with a separate sleeping area for the kids and a small kitchenette. Any questions we had the team were keen to make sure we were comfortable and well looked after. We ate in the restaurant the first evening and had breakfast on both days. There were a lot of TV's in the restaurant/ was which was a little off-putting for the kids as they could not concentrate on eating. The food was good and reasonably priced too, we went for the pre-theatre as we arrived early enough. For breakfast it was good and enough choice, my only suggestion there would be to have a bean-to-cup machine for coffees, rather than filter coffee. There were a small machine with comp drinks between 4am and 9am, which I only found out after, but drinks were only £1 each out with those times. Thanks to everyone for making us feel welcomed to Glasgow and we look forward to visiting in the future.

The hotel is walking distance to some good pubs/bars, not very far from the OVO Arena aswell, which I went to watch a gig there, very comfortable bed and nice hot shower. Can screen cast amazon/netflix to the tv, no complaints really.

Excellent.
My second time this year.Lovely hotel.Beds are so comfy.I took my grandaughters for a couple of days for shopping and booked a room for 1 adult and 2 children.I opened the room door and not only did it have a superking bed and a sofa bed in a seperate room.Not only that it had a full working kitchen.10/10.We ate in the Chop restaurant for dinner.Dinner was beautiful and reasonably priced.All in All I will be back.
