Hassle free and clean
Amazing hotel for a quick city break. Hassle free check in and out. Has a gym. Is quiet but in the city centre. Loved it, did exactly what I needed and will definitely stay again.

Room was freezing! No adjustment to the a/c control made any difference. Took 5 minutes to close all the sash windows. Shower head leaking, door didn't close properly, so flooded bathroom as a result. No bathroom bin, no toilet brush. Breakfast egg was liquid mix, proudly shown to us by the chef, so no option for boiled or fried egg. Far too expensive for what it was

The property is right by the train stations and at the city center which is very convenient. The decor is modern, and the amenity is nice. However, the room is very small. I would not want to stay long term.

WiFi was off for entire duration of stay so no tv. Poor staff apologised (obv not their fault!) but think management should have offered something as compensation to guests.
