About this property

Woolly Acres Farm is a small organic farm in Glastonbury, CT. We have a small flock of Navajo Churro sheep and a miniature donkey, which you are welcome to interact with. Please note that we no longer have alpacas on the farm.

Guests of the farm will stay in a completely private guest apartment with an open living and dining room, kitchen, and a large master bedroom with an en suite bathroom. The bedroom comfortably sleeps two and a full sized pull out couch in the living room can sleep up to two more.

The apartment has its own private entrance, but can also be accessed through a shared, enclosed porch, which separates the guest wing from the main farm house. The porch is where you will check in, and you are welcome to have use of this space throughout your stay.

Guests will have access to all outdoor areas, including the gardens, and stone patio overlooking the animal pasture. There is a large fire pit built into the patio and grills available for cooking dinners outside. Guests are free to feed the animals but we do ask that you not enter the animal enclosures unless accompanied by one of the owners.

During your stay at this farm stay, you'll be close to Minnechaug Golf Course.

On-site recreation includes a playground
10 minutes by car from Minnechaug Golf Course and 10 minutes from Lake Terramuggus

Woolly Acres Farm offers its guests barbecue grills. The front desk is open around the clock.
