The home has everything you need to relax and to take in the peaceful countryside. There are 2 x spacious living areas benefitting from a large number of sofas to sit down and relax in the evenings. Additionally, there's a games room, featuring a pool table and table tennis set up!
DINING AREAS:
The property benefits from a dining table for 10 in the open plan kitchen and has outdoor furniture plus a BBQ so you can take in the countryside views whilst enjoying some food or a glass or two.
KITCHEN/COOKING FACILITIES:
The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials needed to cook an array of meals whilst away in the countryside. There is a traditional oil-fired 2 oven AGA, with an additional module with 2 double ovens and 4-ring electric hob, integrated bean-to-coffee machine, large fridge and undercounter freezer, integrated microwave, integrated dishwasher, kettle, and Toaster.
BATHROOMS/TOILETS:
There are 3.5 bathrooms. The large family bathroom benefits from a toilet, bidet, sink and bath. Bedroom 1 has an en-suite with a toilet, sink and shower cubicle. The shower room has a toilet, sink and walk-in shower. There is an additional WC downstairs.
Additionally, each bedroom has its own washbasin and vanity unit for your personal use.

Hascombe is a picturesque village nestled in the heart of Surrey, England. With its charming, historic cottages and lush greenery, it offers the perfect English countryside experience. The village is surrounded by rolling hills and ancient woodlands, making it a haven for outdoor enthusiasts and nature lovers.
Despite its serene atmosphere, Hascombe is conveniently located with easy access to nearby towns and larger cities, with Guildford only a 22 minute drive away.
Nature enthusiasts can enjoy the nearby Hascombe Woods, a beautiful expanse of woodland perfect for leisurely walks and birdwatching. Additionally, the National Trust's Winkworth Arboretum is only a 4 minute drive away.
For everyday needs, there is a well-stocked village shop, and for a broader selection, the nearby town of Godalming provides additional shopping and dining options.
Getting Around:
When getting from the property to Guildford it’s best to get around by car.
Luckily for you, the property is in an ideal location and parking can be found as per the check-in instructions.

*If you would like to use the property for events, weddings, photography, videography and/or parties. Please reach out in advance.
*This property is not suitable for parties & events unless agreed upon before booking!
*This is a breach of house rules & will result in immediate removal from the property via security and no refund, your deposit may be used towards extra costs in removing you.
*We have a strict NO-SMOKING indoors policy at our properties. A standard charge of £1000 will be charged to your card when we find evidence of smoking within the accommodation to cover cleaning costs and long-lasting damage on the property.
*Any loud music, parties, and smoking indoors will also result in immediate removal from the accommodation as we will be highlighted via our noise and air monitoring systems located in the property.
*For stays longer than a week, additional housekeeping can be arranged for a further fee.
We require completion of our online check-in form which includes an agreement to our T&Cs, provision of a UK government-issued photo ID or passport, and a card pre-authorisation of £400 for potential damage, loss or lack of adherence to our T&Cs. We will not charge an amount from the £400 unless upon checkout there is evidence of damage, loss or lack of adherence to our T&Cs.

If you require an extra night or wish to extend your booking, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can make sure the dates are available and book you in.
