Ferienhaus

Wir sind statt der Wohnung im Haus gelandet. (Upgrade) Jedes Schlafzimmer hat ein eigenes Bad, in der Wohnung allerdings auch. Es ist alles da, was man benötigt. Superschöne ruhige Lage mit traumhaften Ausblick! Zu den Touristenhotspots gelangt man mit dem Auto schnell und auch direkt vom Haus kann man tolle Wanderungen starten.

Immer wieder!

Eine tolle großzügige Ferienwohnung mit 2 Schlafzimmern, zwei Bädern und zwei Terrassen. Von der großen Terrasse hat man einen tollen Blick auf die Schrammsteine. Zusätzlich gibt es noch vor dem Haus für jede Wohneinheit eine Sitzgelegenheit, so dass man zu jeder Tageszeit einen Platz zum Verweilen findet. Super! Da das Mauerwerk sehr dick ist, war es auch bei hohen Temperaturen angenehm kühl. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet, Spülmaschine, Mikrowelle, Toaster, Wasserkocher Kaffeemaschine, usw. Insgesamt ist die Wohnung sehr schön möbliert und dekoriert. Wir haben uns gleich wie zu Hause gefühlt. Im ersten Stock wohnt das Verwalterehepaar, das man jederzeit bei Fragen ansprechen kann. Zu dem Gutshof gehören noch zwei weitere Ferienwohnungen und ein Ferienhaus. Trotzdem war es sehr ruhig und man wohnt für sich allein. Die Gegend ist wunderschön. Für Wanderer gibt es viele Möglichkeiten. Aber auch Dresden ist nicht weit. Insgesamt eine 10 von 10.

Ländlich, ruhig, viele Wandermöglichkeiten

Die Unterkunft ist geräumig, sauber und ansprechend eingerichtet. Im Ort gibt es fußläufig einen Bäcker, so dass man morgens (außer sonntags) auch frische Brötchen kaufen kann. Direkt von der Ferienwohnung kann man einige Wandertouren starten. In ca. 10 Minuten ist man in Bad Schandau oder Königsstein und in ca. 20 Minuten in Rathen um zur Bastei zu wandern. Tolle Lage, super Gegend!

Ein sehr schönes Landhaus!

Perfekt eingerichtete und ausgestattete Ferienwohnung mit einer sehr großen Terrasse und einer tollen Aussicht auf die umliegenden Berge. Und - traumhafte Sonnenaufgänge sind von der Terrasse aus zu beobachten. Die Lage ist optimal für Leute die gerne wandern gehen und die Ruhe schätzen. Liebe Grüße an Familie Hesse.

Geschmackvoll eingerichtete FEWO Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. 3 Terassen sorgen für genügend Plätze in der Sonne. Super nette Verwalter vor Ort, die sich um die Gäste kümmern. Wir haben die Unterkunft schon weiter empfohlen und werden sicherlich wieder kommen.

Wir hatten als Familie (2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder) Anfang Oktober 2018 die Wohnung Zirkelstein für 5 Tage gemietet. Wir waren alle begeistert, alles war wie beschrieben: die Wohnung war top ausgestattet, in ruhiger und schöner Lage mit Blick u.a. auf die Schrammsteine sowie schönen Wandermöglichkeiten direkt vor der Haustür! So bereitete uns der Urlaub in der sächsischen Schweiz doppelt Freude!

Sehr schöne FeWo mit ein, zwei "Schönheitsfehlern"

Die FeWo Zirkelstein ist sehr schön eingerichtet und ausgestattet, insbesondere das 1. Schlafzimmer und das Wohnzimmer (große, bequeme Couch) haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Was aus der Beschreibung und den Fotos nicht ganz so hervorgeht, vielleicht aber wichtig ist: Das 2. Schlafzimmer ist sehr klein (Schrank steht auf dem Flur), das Bett ebenfalls (nur 140 oder 160 cm breit) und schon etwas älter / Matrazen nicht mehr so toll. Falls 2 Paare dort Urlaub machen, kann die Wahl des Schlafzimmers schon schwierig werden... Die große Terasse ist nach Osten ausgerichtet, d.h. Sonne am Vormittag bis ca. 13 Uhr (+/- je nach Monat). Den kompletten Nachmittag und Abend liegt die Terasse im Schatten, was bei heißem Wetter sicher angenehm ist. Ansonsten kann es schon mal kühl werden, zumal es dort auch oft etwas zugig ist.
