Quarto apertado muita claridade, banheiro precisando de reforma pisos manchados de umidade , garagem apertada no subisolo, tem que deixar a chave com manobrista pois quase todo momento tem,que estar movimentando o seu carro, achei isso um tanto chato hotel nao tem um espaço de recepção decente para vc ficar pois o térreo do hotel e cheio de pequenas lojas de vendas de roupas. E o café da manhã e fraco muito fraco pouca variedade oferecendo muito bolos e molho de salsicha todos os dias, e algumas moscas no local do restaurante. Precisa melhorar bastante

Possivelmente uma das melhores opções na região
Localização ótima, bem no meio do setor de compras. Possui estacionamento rotativo, por isso deve-se deixar a chave para focarem manobrando conforme necessidade. Café da manhã é razoável também e possui um restaurante no subsolo com desxonto para hóspedes. Atendimento excelente dos funcionários, preço justo nas bebidas visto que a noite aquela região fica deserta. Quarto é grande, conservado, porém ainda precisa de devidas manutenções, principalmente no ar condicionado e na janela do banheiro que fiquei com receio de mexer e ela cair.

Bom para quem faz compra na 44
O hotel é ideal para compradores da região da 44 pois fica bem no meio das lojas. O apto é limpo e o colchão de boa qualidade. Tem uma TV com canais abertos e frigobar não abastecido (você compra itens na recepção). A recepção fica dentro de um camelódromo, o apto é muito pequeno, chegando a ser claustrofóbico. Estranhei o fato de, apesar de existir sensor de fumaça, o quarto tinha cheiro de cigarro.
