The catering staff and the cleaning staff were doing a fine job . Unfortunately the front of house staff at reception were extremely poor constantly on their phones watching videos barely could they look up from said devices to say good morning or good evening. The hotel was dirty,noisy and outdated.

It’s the third time I stayed there. It seems after OYO took over the service quality decreased! Less options for breakfast, employees in the kitchen seems to work unhappy. An average stay! Not bad at all, but not as good as the previous ones!

Chegamos e o quarto estava cheio de baratas no banheiro, não tinha cobertor (falaram q a lavanderia não tinha entregado), tive que descer para pegar toalhas, quarto velho e sujo, papel higiênico muito ruim, cortinas sujas, elevador muito velho, teto do banheiro sujo, o hotel no geral da medo, taxa de 20 reais para usar o estacionamento.

A POIOR REDE DE HOTÉIS

Foi Horrível. Estacionamento cobrado, camas com colchões velhos e estragados. O ar condicionado de janela (ACJ) sem controle e sem possibilidade de alterar a temperatura e direcionamento do ar que fica exatamente sobre uma cama ventilando diretamente nos pés da pessoa.
