Nice hotel, bad experience.
It was mostly ok but the power went out one of the days and it was out for over 12 hours. They didn’t even have a safety light on in the room for safety and being able to see where you’re going in case of an emergency. Also, on the day of check out, we have a couple of family members come to help us clean and pack before we left. They were not sleeping over as they arrived at 5 am and we’re gone by 10 am. They hotel made us pay an additional R$ 200. After we just paid about R$300 a night for staying. And being left in the dark. Definitely won’t go back.

Very ordinary hotel with very old fashioned room and bathroom decor. Only over night with late arrival and early departure so didn't stay long

Minha estadia no San Marino deixou bastante a desejar. O hotel é muito mais simples do que aparenta nas fotos: objetos de decoração, tapetes, roupas de cama e até alguns móveis exibidos nas imagens não estavam presentes. Definitivamente, não condiz com um hotel 4 estrelas. Além disso, o hotel está em obras de segunda a sexta, das 9h às 17h, o que não é informado no momento da reserva. Isso torna inviável qualquer atividade que exija silêncio, como trabalhar. O Wi-Fi nos andares superiores quase não funciona e o sinal de celular, mesmo no 4G, é fraco. O café da manhã é apenas razoável, alinhado ao de um hotel 3 estrelas. Enfrentei vários contratempos. Inicialmente, fui colocada em um quarto onde era impossível permanecer devido ao barulho intenso da britadeira e à poeira da obra que invadia quartos e corredores. Fui relocada para outro quarto, no lado oposto à obra, mas lá (quarto 1601) não havia sinal de internet via Wi-Fi. Após sair para comprar cabo de rede e adaptador, descobri que a internet via cabo também não funcionava. Passei uma tarde inteira tentando resolver o problema, até que finalmente o acesso foi restabelecido. Em resumo, minha estadia foi marcada por estresse e prejuízos. Não pretendo voltar e não recomendo este hotel nas condições atuais. Por outro lado, o atendimento da equipe é exemplar. Destaco especialmente o Sr. Jonathan e o Sr. Valério, que foram extremamente atenciosos, amáveis

O hotel estava em reforma, por esse motivo, não pudemos abrir a janela/sacada. A estrutura do hotel é muito boa, café da manhã de excelente qualidade e variedade. Atendimento excelente.

A estadia foi decepcionante. Em que pese o hotel esteja em reforma da fachada, o que é compreensível que nem todos os serviços funcionem tão bem, nada justifica que os elevadores funcionem tão mal, quebrando a todo instante, com o hotel lotado. Fiquei várias vezes aguardando por vários minutos o elevador parar em meu andar, sem sucesso, e quando parava, estava sempre lotado, porque apenas um elevador social funcionava precariamente. Desci várias vezes pela escada, do quinta andar, a fim de não me estressar ainda mais.

O hotel está em obras. A gerência afirma que é apenas na fachada. O café da manhã é bom, mas não atende as pessoas intolerantes a lactose. O quarto que ficamos na verdade é um flat, com uma sala enorme conjugada com cozinha, quarto e um banheiro pequeno. A sala estava quase vazia, inclusive com uma cama de solteiro. Às 8h uma potente britadeira começou a trabalhar, impossibilitando o sono. Crianças, idosos e quem não precisa acordar cedo não podem descansar depois das 8h. O hotel deveria avisar que está em obras!! No geral o hotel é bom, mas esses contratempos não permitem uma boa avaliação.
