Great Location! A few minor issues...
Cute, immaculately clean house about 10 min drive to Gold Beach. There's a good grocery store, drug store, and some art galleries in Gold Beach .The house has an unobstructed view of the ocean. Just a few minor things could be changed to improve this property:
Checked in and were greeted by partially made beds. The sheets were on but comforters, quilts, pillows, etc. were piled on the beds.
In one bedroom there was no window covering. A bit odd. Most people want privacy in their bedrooms.We had to get a sheet and rig a temporary curtain.
In that same bedroom, the closet doors had been taken off the track and set aside leaning against the wall rather than replacing them on their track.
In our rush to get packed up and vacate the house, I inadvertently left some items behind. Mostly things that were easily replaced when we got home. The only important items were prescriptions I take every day. I appreciate the property manager contacting me so I could contact doctor and pharmacy to get replacements.
In the same message, the property mgr said one of the dining room chairs was missing, and asked us to tell him what happened to it...Huh? 'Scuse me? I told him the number of chairs was the same when we left as when we arrived and we had no idea what happened to their chair. Just including this as a "heads up". Rather odd... but it's still a lovely, comfortable house with a killer view.
