Really is a gem of a property. Spacious Apartment, friendly and helpful staff, superb location. Across the road from the beach and a short walk to the Broadbrach restaurants and shops. Communication before and during our stay was outstanding. Looking forward to staying again in two years time!

enjoyed the closeness to the beach all the shopping facilities close to the events we were attending at the convention centre Barbara and the gentlman at reception were very friendly polite and welcoming would have liked a air conditioner in the bedrooms air conditioner in the dining area didnt reach down to the bedrooms. Not being use to the humidity this would have helped A smoking area would have been nice instead of standing out the front of the property But over all a very nice experience would stay at the property again

This property is only a short walk to Broadbeach Mall, is across the road from the beach and is in great condition, very well maintained and comfortable. The bedrooms are not air conditioned but the living room is and there was a lovely breeze across the apartment with the balcony sliding doors open.

Great location. Expect not to have any reception here weekends. There is an after hours reception number but they aren’t actually on the site and are not very helpful. We had an issue with someone in our allocated parking space. We called the after hours number and were told that we should just park on the road because they couldn’t do anything about someone in our spot but we could risk our car being towed if we parked in a different spot. There were also makeup stains on our pillows, grease splatters in the kitchen, spaghetti sauce and tomato splattered on the floor and counter tops and dirty dishes and bugs in the cupboards. But, of course, there was nobody there to report this to so we just made do. Reception closed at 12pm Saturday and check in wasn’t until 2 so we had to find our room key in a locked safe with 4 other people’s room keys. Reception wasn’t open again until 9am the following Monday, when we checked out.

Perfect location! We loved our stay and will be back. Some improvements would be: we didn’t have doonas on any of the beds. Single beds just had sheets and queen bed had a light quilt. There was blankets in the cupboards but still got cold overnight on some nights. I know it’s QLD but in Winter it can still get chilly.
