I stayed with my teenage boys and it was a great fit for us, loved the view from the balcony and the access to the pools. Only slight downfall was the stairs, carrying heavy luggage up them was a little bit of a mission but that was just a minor thing! Staff were lovely and receiving the texts a few days before was a nice little touch that helped reassure us that if we needed anything before, and during our stay we could ask! We felt like we were in a little community, with everybody saying hello to each other and socialising. The undercover parking was good too, considering the area was undergoing roadworks and parking in the street would be a challenge! I will definitely like to come stay again in the future!

Overall pretty good, our son loved the heated pool as we travelled in the winter. Would stay again, maybe not on the top floor as it’s only stairs access, no lift.

Great family accommodation opposite the beautiful Miami beach. Friendly service from the staff. Pool is lovely. Only 10 minutes walk to Miami Marketta, which is a brilliant cultural experience.

Amazing gardens and pools (1 heated), great games room with a kids claw machine that wont stop till a prize is won, easy walking to beach and shops, clean and classy rooms with everything you need. Staff are always friendly and accommodating. Thanks for always making our family holiday special!!

I’ve stayed here before but don’t remember it being so shabby, run down and unclean. First ghastly discovery was the pubic hair on the bathroom floor and foul stench coming from the dishwasher… like something dead there for days. Many broken or poorly maintained fixtures, sliding doors, shower head. Not most expensive place but not cheap either. Checked out after 2. No partial refund offered. Dismal

This place is discusting unfortunately. MANGER was very helpful and issued a refund. The rooms are an 1" thick in dust and grime.

We had a great stay at Grande Florida Beach Resort. We loved the beach access out the back and the two large pools - one heated and one not so they were perfect for different weather conditions. The BBQ areas and around the property in general were kept clean. Check in/out was easy. The reason for 4 stars over 5 was that some aspects of the resort are older/looking a bit tired e.g. the games room. Overall we were very happy with the resort and we hope we can make it back sometime.

It’s in a great location and still has a friendly feel. However apartment we were allocated was tired and lacking in kitchen appliances and utensils. No aircon in bedrooms a further negative. For the price per night, we’d look elsewhere next time.

We love Grande Florida and have stayed a few times. The choice of pools are amazing and we love the location. Things are getting a little 'tired' though, and really need an update. Wouldn't stop us from coming.
