I liked the view of our property. The staff there were very nice and inviting. There was cheap public transport very nearby and shops were an easy walk away. The room service and restraints there carters to everyone’s needs and had a wide range of food options and varieties. The indoor pool was closed for maintence and the outdoor pool had two spas. But the outdoor pool was always very crowded. The area around the pool was very lovely and was well kept. The gym was small but good for what it was. Overall the room was very nice and clean. The staff were excellent and the views of the ocean were fantastic!

The Apartment was great, had an amazing time, the pools were great. Only downside was the carpark, made to pay money for the carparking but still needed to call front desk every time we wanted to enter or exit for them to manually open the boom gate.

Nice rooms with a great view. Cheapest hotel in the area at the time of booking yet still the newest building so everything was in great condition. The elevators were super easy to use and the bed was very comfortable. New tv in the lounge room and the bedroom. The only complaint would be the tiny area to pull up in and check in. Also the carpark is a couple of blocks away, but not a dealbreaker.

After parking in the hotel guest parking, was told to move my car down the road and carry all my bags a block to get back to the hotel. The room I stayed in wasn’t reset, dirty dishes still in the dishwasher, toiletries not restocked. The windows were filthy, looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in a very long time, didn’t even bother putting the blinds up. Staff were condescending, and not happy to help. Person who stayed with me was brought to tears by how the staff treated her before I even got down to the lobby to greet her. Not a great first impression for anyone, and made me feel terrible. Supposed to be a high end hotel, the only high end thing about it was the building itself. Staff, cleanliness and convenience were atrocious. Will not be staying here again.
