Rhapsody is a wonderful place to stay for a holiday getaway. My family and I were always greeted by staff with a positive demeanour. The room that my family and I stayed in was a lovely layout. We had an ocean view apartment. However, there was some slight obstruction on the right-hand side of the view with cranes due to the construction of 2 new towers being built. Luckily, the left-hand side was purely beach and ocean. The cleanliness was at a good level. However, some surfaces such as under the dryer and on top of the washing machine were a bit dusty, and the stove top had some minor stains. However, this did not affect our stay. Overall, I would recommend Rhapsody Resort to anyone wanting to stay very close to the heart of Surfers Paradise and I thank (on behalf of my family and I) all the staff for a very lovely, pleasant and memorable 9 nights.

Stayed for a few days and really loved this property, extra bonus was an ocean view ! We had a 1 bedroom suite, lots of room just like home, as we were travelling, the in-suit Landry was a big bonus. Our apartment faced the ocean, the views were great and the view from the roof top garden were magnificent. It was clean, safe & quiet. The battery went on our door access and the maintenance staff we literally there in seconds to replace it. The staff were super friendly and helpful, if you need anything they are happy to help. It’s a few minutes walk to the beach. We walked into the main restaurant areas each day and the tram is a couple mins walk out of the back door. Loved this place & would definitely recommend and return some day.

First time for the Gold Coast couldn’t have picked a better spot so close to the beach. Steam room is amazing. The room is clean and comfortable and the view is amazing.

Photos look excellent and facilities are good but for the hundreds of rooms they have in the building I think in the middle of the season sharing 5 BBQs across 41 floors might be a struggle. Was a new build a few years ago presumably but just needs a little maintenance here and there. Can’t leave things because they’re new

Nice location. Room was small, not like the images! Bed was very small even though it was a queen, most queen beds are bigger at other apartments/hotel. Cleaning service was poor, some days room's was cleaned well, some days was left dirty! Blinds got stuck and kept making noises when windows were open. Tv was in a awkward position. Steam room and pool wasn't very clean.

Amazing facility that exceeded all of our expectations. Would recommend to anyone who wants a modest level of luxury while feeling totally comfortable in a wee maintained environment that boast a beautiful pool and spa, great gym and rooftop garden and bbq resources, all free to access.

This is a great property: apartment is uncluttered with just the basics, gorgeous view overlooking coastal waterway and Main Beach, rooftop bbq on 41st floor also has amazing view. Pool, sauna and steam room well maintained. Very busy area with Gold Coast 500 supercar race looping around the hotel in late October.

Amazing apartment. Very spacious with a balcony and great views. Everything there for to cook plus a range of coffee and teas, etc. TV was good with a wide range of movies and shows. WiFi excellent and the gym was very good for a hotel. Very fast lifts. Excellent air-conditioning. Perfect positioning as very close to beach and Cavill Ave and just across the road from the tram.
