There was fecal matter under our toilet seat it was disgusting. Grime on the shower floor and up the shower walls. Wasn't impressed that I had to clean it before the children could use the amenities. Checked in after hours so nothing we could do other than clean it ourselves. Killed 3 cockroaches in the room throughout our stay.

Our stay was great until the guests in one of the rooms above started playing extremely loud music and partying with other young people despite your No Party policy. My young children couldn't sleep. Then in the early hours of the morning other people were banging doors and woke us up. Some people have no respect. Not impressed. Everything else was good though.

If arriving after hours (hours of which I did not know) you have to call a number. Being from the US I didn’t know how to make the call😮 then I got the key and had mild trouble finding the room and unlocking the sliding glass door and screen. Weird that the room didn’t have a door?

This property was average with a couple of things not working in the room, the bed light globe not working and the heater did not seem to work, other than this it was clean and it was in a convenient position for where we wanted to go.

Receptionist was very helpful. Unfortunately there are a lot of roadworks going on with the Gold Coast Highway which makes access etc a bit tricky ATM.

The venue is not overly modern but very clean and well maintained. It was perfect for a one night stay. Very close to food and shops. Right around the corner from the Miami Tavern which we dined at. There is a grocery store 5 minutes walk, and the kicker is that it's a 7 minute walk to the beach and Tavern. The staff are friendly and helpful. One tip I'll leave here is that to access the second level of rooms it is via stairs only, no lift. This information might be helpful for someone that may have difficulty with using stairs. I would definitely stay again.
