Property manager and communication was awesome. Last time I stayed our room was beautiful and I had a great time so I decided to stay again. This time I got a room with old dirty ripped up carpet, lumpy beds and a couch that had so much food scraps in plus it smelt like a wet dog. I cleaned the entire thing myself before I unpacked my bag because it was SO DIRTY! I don’t think I’ll be back.

Great location for ease of access to two supermarkets and lots of restaurants. Once we sorted out the parking pass it was great. Pool area was attractive but spa was too cold. Indoor pool was closed for maintenance during our stay. Would stay here again.

This property was very dirty. I would say unhygienic. The floors are sticky and have things spilled on them. The beach tops have things spilled on them. There is dust everywhere in the kitchen. Potato chips on the couch. Just dirty. The property managers said they would clean, then didn’t show up. They are full of excuses. And hard to get a hold of

Great apartment
Great location, very close to the shops, tram and centre of surfers paradise. The apartment is very spacious and the views were stunning. It is very family friendly and the outdoor area is amazing. The only downside with our apartment was the washing and dryer. The machine wouldn’t spin our washing properly and the dryer which was half loaded, took 4 hours to dry. Aside from that, we would definitely stay again.

Check in with a third party was a disaster. Our room had been cancelled and booked to someone else, then our allocated parking was wrong. Trying to navigate the car park for the first time is a nightmare in itself. Thankfully the front desk at the complex was able to help. Overall our stay was good, even though our room was downgraded to the only available room due to being fully booked.The property is a bit dated and could do with a thorough clean. The room was spacious and had a great view of the ocean. Coles directly underneath was a huge bonus. Close to shops, beach and restaurants. Will I stay again?? Im not sure.

Amazing place to stay. Everything is in walking distance. The hotel has fantastic pools, both outdoor and indoor, sauna, shopping and restaurants underneath hotel and a stones throw to the beach and Cavill avenue
