Check in with a third party was a disaster. Our room had been cancelled and booked to someone else, then our allocated parking was wrong. Trying to navigate the car park for the first time is a nightmare in itself. Thankfully the front desk at the complex was able to help. Overall our stay was good, even though our room was downgraded to the only available room due to being fully booked.The property is a bit dated and could do with a thorough clean. The room was spacious and had a great view of the ocean. Coles directly underneath was a huge bonus. Close to shops, beach and restaurants. Will I stay again?? Im not sure.

The location is so good and very close to tram and shopping center. The view is also excellent. Rooms are clean and comfy however the kitchen cabinet and drawers are old and the dishes are so greasy. We washed them with dish washer but still greasy. No tissues

Nice complex ,the photo of the apartment did not match very well , was a little worn and scuffed up. Looked as if we had 2 bathrooms but only had 1 . Beds were very comfortable , room were good just no area to put clothes away bar hanging space. Everything else in the complex was great and had a Cole’s and food shops underneath. Would stay again, they just need to be more accurate in the photos.

The property has very basic furnitures, flooring of the kitchen has detached and feels weird walking on it. Beds are not comfortable at all, pillows are very old and uncomfortable. Not enough blankets. There’s no room service. The only thing I liked was the indoor pool.

Excellent location very central within easy walking distance to Surfers beach. Restaurant and shops in building really good. Had the best pedicure ever in centre. Highly recommend for families.

Great location and easy walking distance to beach and shops. Great access to public transport if going further. Trams, buses and water taxis are basically out the front door. The outdoor pool is like a beach with sand and there is also a large outdoor heated spa. The other pool is indoor and heated. Good gym with quality equipment. Can be a bit confusing which building you’re in and the lifts to the basement. But doesn’t take long to get your bearings.

Great location in the heart of surfers. Loved having so many eating options within walking distance & Coles supermarket downstairs. Few things a bit tired at the property but overall clean & comfortable stay. Great views. Highly recommend, we will stay here again for sure
