Room was spotlessly clean, shower excellent, well done to housekeeping staff! I was advised about building/construction so took that on chin, property is tired overall. Not enough parking for the unit qty by the look of it. Overall view it was well located for Pacific Fair walk and food options. Would consider it again if needed.

Bathroom was very clean ,linen good,needs new floor coverings like all motels could do with flooring so can mop,people were trying be helpful ,didn't like those 2 men waking every one up knocking on office windows and door s,and trying break into room 2 window one had a knife,should been put out ,it was 4 30 in morning ,

There was a lot of construction work around the hotel hence the noise and poor surrounding area. Other than these factors the hotel itself is aged and really needs external work to improve attractiveness and safety. Internally, the rooms are functional, simple and clean.

Fantastic overnight stay for a family of 5, 3 kids. Straight across the road from Pacific Fair and the tram and bus station. A little dated but everything was very clean and very friendly staff on check in. Will stay here again for sure
