The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers you for rent, on the commune of Golfech, this charming house of lime pit foot of a surface of 110 m ² and being able to accomodate to 6 travellers. It consists of a pretty living room of 40 m², a fully equipped kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms, a bathroom and you can enjoy a private garden of about 1 400 m². Sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A 40 m² living room with TV, sofa and dining area.
- A fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, toaster, hotplates...
- Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160×200).
- Bedroom 2: a double bed (140×190).
- Bedroom 3: a double bed (140×190).
- A bathroom with bathtub and double washbasin.
- Separate toilet.

Outside :
- Two terraces, one of 15 m² and the second of 10 m² with furniture to enjoy the nice days.
- A private garden of about 1 400 m².

For even more comfort : barbecue, washing machine, fan, ironing board and iron.

The property is ideally located in Golfech, in a very pleasant and quiet environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops, but also of boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
