Hallo Anna, wie immer arbeiten wir an Verbesserungen. Eine Bewertung wie Ihre hilft uns dabei. Um den Check-In unkomplizierter zu machen, suchen wir am Markt gerade nach einem geeigneten Eincheckautomaten. Gäste sollen dann entscheiden können, ob ihnen der menschliche Kontakt mit Bringservice, wie bei Ihnen oder ein Automat lieber ist. Aufgrund Ihrer Beschwerde, dass wir in der Rezeption auf Ihr Gepäck aufpassten, damit Sie unbeschwert Spaß auf dem Erlebnisbocksberg haben konnten, haben wir innerhalb von Minuten Ihren Beschwerdepunkt umgesetzt und die Gepäckaufbewahrung abgeschafft. In der Tat gaben wir Ihnen statt eines Vierbettzimmers eine großzügige Wohnung. Wir dachten Sie würden sich darüber freuen, zusätzlich ein Wohnzimmer und einen Balkon direkt an dem von Ihnen begehrten Erlebnisbocksberg zu haben. Die Küche schlossen wir ab. Immerhin hatten wir Ihnen ja schon einen Parkplatz geschenkt und aufgrund eines Systemfehlers war der Minimumstay von 2 Nächten ausgefallen, so dass Sie die Nacht von Samstag auf Sonntag erhielten. Sie fanden aber innerhalb von wenigen Minuten eine Lösung diese trotzdem zu öffnen ;-) (wir haben jetzt ein Steckschloss aufgesetzt) Suspekt, da Sie, wie Sie nun mitteilen, nur ein Vierbettzimmer haben wollten ohne die Geschenkzusätze. Und ja, wir sind alt. Das konnten Sie zuvor ja auf den Bildern sehen. Bitte bedenken Sie: SIE haben sich für uns entschieden. Bewertungen wie diese sind der Grund, warum wir auf Ü18 umgestellt haben. Wie wir hier alle sehen können, schaden uns Ausnahmen. Daher werden wir keine mehr machen.
