Hotel is lovely, modern and has great breakfast options. The dining options directly around the hotel are limited as is the room service menu so we had to travel into the city to have more dinner options. Around the hotel is a little bit of a construction site so you need to walk 5-10mins to get public transport. Staff were all lovely.

Hotell Karlatornet en upplevelse!
Jätte fint modernt hotell, med alla bekvämligheter på rummet, men vi saknade vanliga handdukar det fanns endast duschhanddukar. Frukosten var fantastisk, där fanns allt man kunde önska, men tyvärr var tiden där knapp så man hann inte med att hitta allt man ville smaka på.

Incheckning hög servicegrad. Rum. Fläckar på golv från städ i badrum. I baren beställde jag en viss gin. Fick inte det jag beställde. Frukosten lite ojämn. Äggröra, varför så mycket framme på en gång. Bacon kalla. Salladen var trött. Melonen trött. Gör hellre en shot på grönsaker/frukter. Visa lite mer hållbarhetstänkande. Shottar där det hälldes upp skvätte. Det luktade os/bränt. Personal plockade av utan att fråga. Satt utan gaffel. Inte värre än att hämta själv. Men vi var så få där så lite koll över rummet är bra. Men det mesta var bra!! Frallorna med mera. Personal lekte framför hiss, rökte utanför är inte så snyggt. Utsikten var helt underbar. Finns stor potential här. Fortsätt framåt.
