Not sure why this hotel has 3.5 stars , everything was great and is very clean, people complain too much when their don’t even do or have things on their own houses , this hotel deserves 5 stars and I would definitely stay there again

O hotel é muito aconchegante, extremamente bem cuidado, o atendimento foi excepcional, todos muito educados e atenciosos. Café da manhã excelente e com muitas opções, e o restaurante a noite é muito bom também. Poderia ficar o dia todo rasgando elogios ao Daara! Quem for, não irá se arrepender. Fui com a minha namorada e não vemos a hora de voltar ao Daara.

Já me hospedei em diferentes hotéis em Gramado, alguns muito mais caros e também mais baratos. E confesso, esse está entre meus favoritos. Muito aconchegante, ótimo café da manhã, localização ótima (perto do centro para ir caminhando, longe o suficiente para fugir do movimento), funcionários atenciosos.

O quarto que reservei não condiz com o quarto onde fui hospedado. Já havia ficado neste hotel outras 3 vezes num quarto mais amplo e confortável da mesma categoria. Porém desta faz me puseram num quarto pequeno encostado do elevador com barulho. Acabei não descansando e aproveitando a estadia. Conversei com os funcionários a respeito. Porém nada foi feito .

Estadia incrível. Instalações muito bem conservadas. Decoração impecável, atendimento de todos incrível, sempre atentos aos detalhes. Café da manhã delicioso e cheio de opções. O hotel é espetacular. O café é mais do que completo. Tem muita opcao. Todos os funcionarios sao muito atenciosos e educados. O local é super limpo e muito cheiroso, o trabalho da Edi e Simone é excepcional. Alem disso, a localizacao do hotel é excelente porque fica no final da avenida principal e isso facilita com relacao ao transito.

Paguei mais caro, para ter uma suite melhor, no geral o quarto era bom, mas no banheiro a pia era minúscula, acho até que era para criança!!! Não tinha como usá-la, sem molhar tudo ao redor, lastimável, para uma suite bem mais cara!!!

Conforto e tranquilidade
O atendimento do hotel Daara é impecável e todos os funcionários são atenciosos e muito corteses. O café da manhã foi um destaque positivo, com diversas opções de excelente qualidade. Também dispunham de omeletes, ovos mexidos ou tapiocas sob demanda. A vista do quarto dava para um bosque lindo que aumentava a sensação de descanso que buscávamos. A distância do centro de Gramada é um pouco maior do que costumamos encontrar nas redondezas, o que adoramos, pois não houve barulho da rua e das comemorações de Natal. Voltaria a me hospedar, com certeza.
