I loved that I was like 3 minutes walking away from the centrum but the location and the construction of the hotel is like you are staying far in the montains.It was my first time in Gramado.I was there for Festuris.But will return and this time with my family and will stay again at Hotel Recanto da Serra

Excellent hotel well located for town

Walking distance to town yet secluded and picturesque location. Very attentive staff and hotel facilities excellent in almost all aspects. Car access is 'interesting'! with steep curved driveway. Gramado -Not often I recommend a visit to somewhere, but this place deserves a mention. Someone mysteriously transplanted an alpine town from Switzerland to one a half hours drive North of Porto Alegre in Brazil. (Two hours if you follow the signs!) Guess its most women’s idea of heaven. Chocolate shops, shoe shops, jewellery, shoe shops, exclusive house furnishing shops, shoe shops bag shops, shoe shops, clothes shops, shoe shops, restaurants, shoe shops, hotels and did I mention shoe shops? The Swiss style buildings against a forested backdrop and luckily for us all the Christmas decorations in situ made for a picturesque exceptional few days.

O hotel é ótimo, os funcionários super educados e solícitos. A localização é excelente, perto de tudo, dá pra fazer tudo a pé. A única ressalva do hotel é com relação ao café da manhã, o horário é a partir das 06:40hs, devido a alguns passeios, por 2 dias fui no primeiro horário tomar o café, e não tinham todos itens. De resto foi tudo ótimo.

Hotel lindo! Tudo bem cuidado, tem até bichinhos que meu filho adorou de brincar de dar raçao. Cafê da manhã excelente num salão super bonito. Tem um pub lá dentro e acabamos usando em dois dias a noite. Voltaria sem dúvida!

Muito agradável para viagem em família com crianças . Ficamos no chalé e Tinha até fogão com todos os acessórios de cozinha , taças , panela ! Super bem equipado ! Precisei de um berço e ele era de um tamanho excelente, mesmo para meu filho, que é grande , ficou bem acomodado ! Facilitou muito minha vida ! Dias estavam frios mas dentro do quarto e do hotel uma delícia devido a calefação. Café da manhã com bastante variedade .
