Pousada Aconchegante e Charmosa 6km Centro Gramado
Pousada muito aconchegante . Quarto Cheiroso. Recomendo Suíte com Hidro. Pousada fica 6km centro Gramado. Livre dos agitos e barulhos em período de festas natalinas e reveillon. Parque Snowland Gramado fica 300 metros. Parabéns pela pousada. Nota 10.

HOTEL CONFORTÁVEL
O hotel muito agradável. Cama king e bem asseado.O apartamento que nos foi oferecido havia escadas para o acesso o que dificultou o transporte das bagagens ( corredor estreito). A televisão não era muito boa, havia 6 pontos brilhantes na tela que incomodava um pouco aos assistir. Houve um certo congestionamento no café da manhã, pois era marcado hora e podia ficar no máximo 30 minutos o as vezes atrasava pois nem sempre os hospedes cumpriam a recomendação do tempo. O porta shampoo / sabonete estava frouxo e ao coloca-lar caiam no chão. Mesmo apertando, o problema continuou.

Muito bom, café da manhã excelente, cordialidade dos atendimentos ótima támbem!!! Porém devem tirar do anuncio que tem TV a cabo, pois tem somente canais abertos e muito ruim a qualidade da imagem. No mais tudo ótimo, super recomendo!!!

Atendimento ótimo. Local agradável. Custo/benefício muito bom. Quem for se hospedar deve saber que a pousada fica a cerca de 12 km do centro de Gramado. O único empecilho é que fiz reserva para um quarto super luxo e ao chegar na pousada, o site havia informado que o meu quarto era o luxo e, para não criar problemas, acabei aceitando, mas não foi legal, já que paguei no hotéis.com um quarto superior.

A pousada é muito boa, organizada, limpa, moderna, facil estacionamento, tudo otimo... pra quem tem criancas, lugar seguro, parquinho para elas... recomendo muito essa pousada a todos. Unico contratempo mas que ja sabia, era a distancia de uns 5km para o centro de Gramado, porem, fica a 300m do snowland. Fomos ate la sem precisar pagar estacionamento por 2 dias.

Passei uma estadia com minha família muito agradável, colaboradores da pousada muito hospitaleiros, educados e atenciosos. Café da manhã excelente, o que ficou a em nosso quarto foi a cama de solteiro onde meu filho dormiu e o banheiro que além do chuveiro sair pouca água , estava um pouco sem cuidados, mas tudo bem limpo e arejado.

A pousada é pequena e bem cuidada. Fica distante do centro de Gramado. O ideal é que esteja de carro. Vai andando para o Snowland. Funcionários super educados. Quarto grande e cama confortável. Banheiro antigo e precisando de reforma. Café da manhã um show. Tudo muito gostoso e preparado com muito carinho. Estacionamento grátis.

decepcionante.
Esperava algo compatível com a impressão deixada por hospedes anteriores, que era 10. Para mim foi decepcionante. Me senti enganado, o valor cobrado foi absurdo diante da estrutura apresentada. Não passa de um antigo MOTEL transformado em uma "pousada". Saimos para passear e quando voltamos às 15 horas o apartamento estava do jeito que deixamos, sem arrumação.

Eu fiquei no quarto premium é o melhor quarto da pousada, embora no site expedia não tenha as informações verdadeiras sobre o quarto. A suíte premium tem banheira de hidromassagem e é maravilhosa. A pousada tem um café da manhã maravilhoso, bem servido, com várias opções, é super limpa. Mas é longe do centro para quem está sem carro. Eu peguei o pacote romântico e a pousada me deu de cortesia o buquê foi a coisa mais linda, pois queria fazer uma surpresa... o único ponto que a pousada deixa a desejar são os funcionários o atendimento boutique é algo que faz um pouquinho de falta. Por exemplo: recepcionar os hóspedes quando chega, ajudar com as malas, mostrar o quarto e as comodidades e etc. De resto é maravilhoso!!! Voltarei em breve
