We had to change rooms due to a bad smell that made us sick. No working AC even though it was advertised as such. The late night reception laughed at the question about working AC when we could not sleep due to the heat. The day and evening were exceptionally good

A really lovely hotel, which was spotless and well looked after. The staff were incredibly friendly and very helpful. Breakfast had a great choice and dining room was well laid out. Great location, 5 minutes to main tourist area and old town, less than 5 minutes to bus and cab to Alhambra. A great base for our Granada trip and would happily book again.
