You will love this location as it is off the main (Quick Draw) lift of Granby Ranch Ski Area, so you are steps to the main ski run to Granby Ranch.
Our main floor offers a living area, kitchen, dining area, a half bath, pantry, mudroom, laundry room and bedroom with ensuite bathroom. Our kitchen is fully stocked with all items needed to cook a large family meal! It also includes a two-car garage, two covered outdoor spaces and a hot tub! Please see below for a detailed description of the home layout:
- Main level entry has half bath located to your left, and full-size pantry with shelves to your left after bathroom before kitchen.
- To the right upon walking is laundry room, door to utility closet found in laundry room. Linen closet also to your right through entryway before staircase.
- Continue straight into the dining/kitchen, open floor plan with island/sink in the middle. 4 burner gas stovetop + ThinQ / LG stove, QR code can be scanned on phone located on stove and above burners. LG Dishwasher.
- Dining table, seats 6-8. Living room has L-shaped couch seats 5-6, + yellow bench in LR also used for seating. Panasonic smart TV mounted in LR.
- Queen Bedroom on main level with attached full-size bathroom with double vanity and full-size shower (no tub), walk in closet also attached. 2 side tables with two lamps
- Outdoor patio/dining area on main level, with dining table seats 10. Few stairs from patio down to hot tub and propane grill.
- 2nd floor has full bathroom at top of stairs with double vanity and full-size shower/tub. Accessible directly from hallway + also attached to queen size bedroom to the right (sliding closet).
- Living area upstairs includes desk for working, 2–3-person couch that pulls out to a sleeper, LG smart TV and coffee table.
- Additional bedroom with 2 full size stacked bunks and 2 twin size full bunks [this room could sleep 6 total if 2 in each full].
- Upstairs king suite has large walk-in closet with dresser and shelves and attached large double vanity full size bathroom (stand up shower).
Our upstairs level offers a king primary bedroom, one queen bedroom, and a bunk room with two sets of bunk beds (twin over twin & full over full). We also have a second family room with a full-size sleeper sofa."
Granby Ranch offers many year-round activities such as skiing, snow shoeing, downhill biking, golf, hiking, festivals and more! We are also just 30 minutes from Rocky Mtn National Park and Grand Lake. Come make lasting memories in our home and see all our area has to offer!
All Winter Park House properties come stocked with a basic starter package of paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissue, hand/body soap, conditioning shampoo, dish soap, sponge and dishwasher detergent (this is a 3–4-night supply, guests may purchase additional products locally). Each home is equipped with high-end bed linens and towels. Kitchens are stocked with a coffee maker (Keurig and standard), cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and small appliances (griddle, crock pot, blender, food processor, rice cooker and waffle maker). We also offer a large capacity washer and dryer for your use.
House Rules
1.) Please respect our county wide quiet time hours are 9pm to 7am. Our county does fine for violations and that will be at your expense.
2.) No events of any kind permitted at any time. Violations will result in immediate eviction and $1500 fine.
3.) No outdoor fires are permitted at any time.
4.) No more than our stated allowed number of vehicles total at our home. No on-street parking allowed at any time. Our HOA does fine, and tow and you will be responsible for any fine incurred.
5.) All of our rentals are non-smoking. By signing this contract, you are stating that you will not smoke in our vacation rentals. You will lose your deposit if evidence of smoke is found once you check out.
6.) You and your guest are using our home at your own risk. We nor the owner of the property will be held responsible for any injuries that occur at the vacation rental or for any lost or stolen items.
7.) No boats or trailers are to be parked at our rental properties. Any fines from the homeowner association, as a result of this broken rule, will be charged to the refundable deposit.

Our home is equipped with noise/smoke sensors. Exterior cameras are also present.
