Our bedsheets had a stains on them. We called the front desk, The person at the front desk was very rude and hung up on us. Eventually, after 30 minutes, they sent somebody to change the bedsheets It was around 10 PM

Nice hotel. Great location. Having a good restaurant in the hotel on a busy weekend was convenient. The food was good. Service was ok. The rooms were very spacious which was great! The bathrooms in the rooms could use a little updating, but still really nice to have that much space! Great location for visiting the Grand Canyon!

Great place to stay.
We stayed 3 nights to see the Grand Canyon. Perfect location. Easy access to the whole town and the park. Very nice staff. We ate dinner at the restaurant once, and it was very tasty. Food price was consistent with the other places in town. Nice touchbwas free s'mores every night in the patio with the fure pit. Lots of fun.

Solid spot just a few minutes from Grand Canyon entrance. Super convenient with solid food options and decently priced for a tourist spot. Lots of free parking. Stayed in accessible room as mom is in a wheelchair. Great stay and super accommodating for the wheelchair.
