This is the most beautiful and cozy Comfort Inn I have ever stayed at. Easy to find, the staff was friendly and courteous during the check in and out. My bedroom was spotless, very happy about that. Hot breakfast was a plus. Will stay here again.

I understand when you are traveling with a dog you will be put in certain rooms but the room smelled so bad. I went out and bought a candle and Febreeze since we were only staying one night. I al sure regular rooms are fine but it smell of dog urine.

Breakfast was decent. The area is beautiful. Asked Front Desk about a place I could walk my dogs and was directed to Flagstaff Urban Trails near the NAU campus, which was perfect.

Everything was Great till breakfast....older employee at front desk raised her voice as we came in to breakfast that that dog was not allowed in breakfast area..saying this more than one...very rude ...told her our dog was a service dog...someone in your organization needs to teacher how to address a situation like this....not the way she did....breakfast was full at the time this happened...
