Staff was very helpful and friendly. The room itself was very nice in concept but quite rough around the edges. USB outlets that don't charge, coffee maker that didn't work, cabinets with broken hinges, bathroom faucet loose in its fixture. The room was clean though.

Bring some ear plugs because this is next to the train track. I've stayed here about 10 times and all of the rooms are furnished slightly different. Definitely the best thing about Aspen is the showers. They have a big faucet on the ceiling and it's absolutely awesome for tall people. The room comes with a coffee maker and fridge and microwave. It has a fairly decent view from its windows. The staff can get a little pokey in the morning and they'll see if you're leaving at like 9:30 even though you can stay till 11:00. The most common problem I see with the rooms is outlets that don't work. Not all of them have a desk, some of them have a big entertainment center housing the microwave and fridge. It has a big basin sink. They reuse toilet paper rolls here. As far as a budget shopper, this is an amazing deal for the price. I would like to see them get rid of the televisions, update and fix the outlets, And then give every room a desk. There are far worse places than the Aspen but I don't know any that are better for the price.

I’ve stayed a lot here over the years and haven’t had too many issues. Unfortunately, I wish I could say this time the room was clean, but it was not. There were dried boogers on the shower curtain. The microwave was black and corroded with old food. And I saw black hair on the sheets. I let the manager know so hopefully the issues could be fixed

Bed was super comfy though sheets had some minor stains. Floor was dirty with dead moths and maybe something that looked like mouse droppings near the AC unit and around the bathroom area. Was acceptable for the price and as I was just staying one night.
