Room was comfortable, bed was a bit firm had some troubles sleeping on it. Shower is amazing as it is nice and spacious as well as water pressure is just right. Coffee with the machine is so so, tv is nice and big with an array of channels. King size bed had a lot of space width wise but length is where it was short for some one who might be six feet tall. Check in was an interesting experience as there are two ways remotely with their kisok or with the front desk person. Staff are curious but they aim for limited interaction such as kiosk with remote person and a basket for keys when you check out of your room. Overall found my stay pleasant, and bed was too firm other than that no complaints

Our stay was fine, but check-in was strange. They had a kiosk where we spoke to someone on a screen. The window in our bathroom was wide open so our room was freezing cold upon arrival. There is no heater in the bathroom so it never warmed up very well. Other than that, everything was fine.
