I thought that this place was better than the price would indicate. My room seemed to have been renovated fairly recently and was very clean. The blankets and linens seemed new. A couple things someone could nitpick like there wasn't a toilet paper roll holder and there was an area the size of my thumbnail that hadn't been painted by the mirror. Absolutely worth the money in my opinion.

Second year staying here. A quick layover traveling West. Pre booked and paid. Late arrival with no issues. The property looks like a ski resort from a tv movie. Rooms are a little tight but we made it work. Nice, clean, fridge and microwave. Room was already warm and waiting. Will definitely stay again and do recommend. *no breakfast but not a deal breaker for us

The place is easy to find and well kept up. There are many eating places nearby in all directions. The main concern is that a freight train line passes just across the street from motel and the trains are frequent and noisy - even throughout the night.

We booked this 1 night stay last minute, as we were traveling through Flagstaff. We had some reward credits, so we decided to book something with an in-room jetted tub. This suite was ok. It was clean, but it was an older room that was mostly just renovated with some paint over old walls and doors. The carpet edges were frayed, the toilet paper holder was missing in the bathroom. Lots of little sloppy details in their “remodeling”. All of the plumbing fixtures had the hot and cold reversed (which isn’t a big deal for us, but could be for small children). Overall; the was ok and fine; but the rate on it was like $175 or something. For that price, I expected something much nicer and newer. We could have booked a cheaper place, and probably should have.

The hotel is nice for the price, a little dirty in some areas but overall it was a good stay. Very close to downtown Flagstaff, we walked to the bars/restaurants and walked back at night and felt very safe doing so.
