I like that check was very easy. The rooms are nice and clean. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family when they’re out visiting Flagstaff, Arizona. I have a college granddaughter that we went to see. I felt safe and your hotel keep up the good work.

There was a young lady working the front desk my entire stay. I asked if she was management since she was there regardless of the time I went in. She is not. She has a WONDERFUL attitude. I went into the office a few times my first day and was back the next few days a couple times after. She is VERY sweet and helpful.

The night stand was sticky with obvious spills and the remote control for the tv was visibly soiled. I expect high touch areas disinfected! The first night parking was extremely limited.

The hot tub was broken and maintenance had to come fix it, there is no instructions on using the TV so maintenance had to come again to fix it.
