No bang, more buck!

Linen was stained or not changed in between occupants on one bed, the other bed had dirty top blanket and brown ynder blanket. Luckily the ac did not work, (It was on but no cold air at all) so sleeping with just sheets was more than ok. There was food and trash on floor. Not big pieces but crumbs and wrappers throughout room. The window did not open. Really stuffy. On the other hand, the bathtub was big, deep, and relaxing after my hunny cleaned it. The beds were not bed either as far as comfortable goes. And i have to say the gentleman working the bight window last night was great. Very helpful, respectful, and welcoming. I paid $135 through hotels.com and i feel i got ripped off for that price.

no ac. false advertising.

THERE IS NO AC!!! My room was 80 degrees and no way to cool it aside from leaving my door open. This is because the hotel does not offer ac when the outside air is below a certain temperature REGARDLESS OF ROOM TEMPERATURE. I literally had to sleep with the door open. Hotels.com would not refund me my money. I have a video of the staff saying there is no way to cool down my room. I was still not offered a refund.

Booked a room, for family weekend, the room was so hot we woke up drenched in sweat. Next door neighbors complained of it being hot in their rooms as well. Went up to staff to complain, she put us on a maintenance list. Went back up to ask if they had other rooms, she sent maintenance. He was nice told us it was snowing week before so they turned on heater. He gave us a fan that we had to use to cool our room down by leaving our door open which was in the parking lot adjacent to a major street near down town. Booked an extra room hoping that one was cooler, nope hot as hell in that one too. Front desk peoples customer service could use a reminder that without people checking into the hotel they wouldn’t have a job. Don’t waste your money here.

Needed a place to sleep late at night didn’t want to pay a lot so this was fine bed was nice and clean room was clean it was quiet and I felt safe. Air conditioner did not work great but it was in the 50’s so I just opened the door to cool the room a couple of times , don’t expect luxury it’s a motel it has the minimum but it was clean and had clean towels and soap.

Went to check in early told the room wasn't ready, come back at three and I'm on a do not rent to list after the room had been load for and I've stayed there 100 times over past few years

Easy access to I-40 and historic downtown. Downside was noise from rail line (I am a light sleeper) and aircon was weak. Would stay again.

We came down for family and friends weekend. The rates for this stay were over priced. The beds are hard, my back hurts. No iron, hair dryer, basic conditioner, shampoo and body wash. The room was so hot we and several other rooms had to leave our doors open. When I complained to front desk she was rude. Maintenance came and he was very sweet, room cooled after a few hours, but not by much. The room is no smoking yet reaked of smoke, burnt holes in bedding and curtains.

Staff was super accommodating, easily switched us to a room with a fridge and microwave when we requested it. Also brought us a fan when we let them know it was a little too warm in the room. Perfect affordable spot to stay if you have a dog! Will certainly stay again when we’re in the flagstaff area.

When we enter the room it was so hot we have hard time breathing. We tried to adjust ac we could not so we ask front desk and person told us they have no control on heater when outside temperature goes lower than 65 only heater works. There is no air only hot air blowing, windows are locked shut so we couldn’t open window. We have to keep front door open in order to get cool air in. Really terrible situation.
