It is a great motel. We always stay here when we go to the Picking in Pine Festival. The only draw back is not enough parking. Can't give it 5 stars when the parking is bad!

We stayed for 5 nights as our base for touring around Arizona. Each morning there was the exact same scrambled eggs and sausage for breakfast. Some variety would have been nice. Shower stopped working on our last morning there.

Clean and good for a one night stay
It was very clean. The rooms are small. Our AC and refrigerator didn’t work. When we went to get in our car to go to dinner there were people in the parking lot and we smelled pot. Not sure if it’s legal in AZ. I did not see in the reviews that I read that this is an ongoing problem so maybe this was a rare thing.

The front desk staff went out of the way to bring us a new coffee maker when ours malfunctioned. Only negative is that the shower door didn’t seal so we ended up with lots of water on the floor and needed extra towels to sop up. Also, not fans of the fake eggs, but seems to be the norm in hotels these days,….

Good hotel, clean and friendly staff. Decent breakfast to get you by. Room feels recently updated, beds should be next. Not bad but could use a refresh. Overall good stay for the price.
