I recently stayed at this hotel, and overall, it was a great experience. The rooms were perfect—beautiful, comfortable, and very clean. The views from the balcony were stunning, which was a highlight of my stay. However, there were a few areas for improvement. The building and balconies could use a bit more maintenance. While the location is nice, there wasn’t much to do around the area except walk to nearby shops and restaurants. I think the hotel could be a true 5-star experience if they offered transportation and tours to the different beaches, as well as more dining options within the hotel. Adding room service and a small convenience store would also be great. Speaking of that, I did notice that many of the snacks sold at the front desk were expired. I purchased a few bags of chips and cookies that were past their expiration date. Although the staff did replace them, it took a couple of days to remove and restock the items. Despite these minor setbacks, the hotel has a lot of potential, and with some improvements, it could offer an exceptional experience

During our visit the pool and restaurant were under construction which limits our review somewhat. The beaches were very nice although the sand is not exactly white as advertised. The room was well maintained although not a modern design. The resort is located in an area not conducive to evening walks outside the resort. The drive from the airport to the resort presented a few issues because we thought from the pics that it was located in an upscale area more akin to a high end resort in the states which it is not. I would recommend anyone considering going there to do a Google maps search and view the satellite pics.

The staff was super friendly and accommodating. The room was spacious and well maintained. The hotel is right on the beach. The area around the hotel felt safe. There are locals living in the area. Walkable to plenty restaurants and local transportation.

Our stay at this property was nothing short of amazing despite construction for a new pool. The staff was nice and attentive. Our room was cleaned daily. The view and access to the beach was great! We swam everyday! This hotel is on the far end of the French side, therefore it was quiet but there is a local store and restaurants. I suggest renting a car to venture around the island (which is not that big) bc we enjoyed the Dutch side and food best but would stay at this property again! We loved our stay!

Amazing trip and got a beautiful, spacious room overlooking the ocean (1 Bedroom Ocean View). They are currently renovating the pool/restaurant area, but they've set up the restaurant in another area, and it's great. Staff is extraordinary and both beaches are quiet and beautiful.

Good beach club location. Strongly recommend to take a waterfront. Studio is good size for 2 adults and maybe 1 child. The way to the restaurants is frustrating. Narrow street, two ways traffic. No sidewalk and holes. However, restaurant are good. Prices in euros, but American credit cards acceptable. Your credit card bank converted automatically. Ask your bank if they will take some fee to convert dollars into euros or opposite. Main course plate from $23-$38. Cocktails up to $15. Alive lobsters in the size of a little pig is $35 a kilogram. So, one lobster is 3-4 kilograms approximately $125-145 one elephant size lobster. I think it’s farm raised. Good luck to all and enjoy your stay ✌️

Very good, nice room, friendly staff, cleanliness and amenities on point. Excellent service and stay. The only issue was the temporary construction of the new pool area, although that did not affect our stay crucially. Otherwise, I would highly recommend visiting this hotel. A true gem in St. Martin.
