Blue Water Villa Y-Knot - Beach Access - Island Realty

Y-Knot is a cozy villa located in Grand Isle.  It is perfect for those looking for a smaller space and want to be near the beach.  With two bedrooms and a loft there is enough space for couples or fishermen looking for their own beds.  It is the ONLY unit in Blue Water Villas with its own parking and cemented area that is separate from the other units.  There is plenty of parking, a private deck and private downstairs area for hanging out to boil seafood!  The crossover is a short walk to the beach.  This property is next door to Blue Water Villa A  and Blue Water Villa H for those needing more space. Y-Knot is pet friendly, arrangements must be made in advance to bring your furbaby.  

Note: Island Realty has no control over the Grand Isle Restoration project which may cause parts of the beach or crossover closings from time to time.  The project as it is funded and overseen by USACE.

Great weekend getaway
All the amentities we needed. Location was walking distance from beach access. Checking in and out was easy and would recommend the place to anyone

Island Get Away
Wife and I visited Grand Isle for a 3 night stay before the Tarpon Rodeo weekend. Really enjoyed our stay at the Y-Knot. Surf fishing, crabbing and beach 🏖️ day was a blast. Great beach view from front porch and beautiful sunset views from rear deck. Furniture could be updated and latch to front porch could be replaced, but overall we had a great stay.
