Great stay for CMU Parents Weekend
This apartment was perfect for our weekend stay for CMU parents weekend. The location is excellent for access to downtown and still walkable (about 20 mins) to campus and the football stadium. Our only minor complaint was that there's really no cooking facilities other than a toaster oven and microwave. Did not catch that fact from the listing. But we really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is very nice and we would stay here again in the future. Thanks!

Clean but loud
We stay in Grand Junction often and while this place was clean we probably won’t rent it again. The air conditioner is extremely loud and you are above a garage door that when it goes up and down it shakes the floor. Street light also glare in the windows all night.

Nice spot, hot in the summer
The unit is in a nice spot, walkable to things downtown. The a.c. we think is on a timer, regardless of what the nest was set to, because during the night it got very hot and stuffy.. waking up in the morning the set point was much higher than what we'd set it to. I'd messaged the owner in the app and never got a response.

GJ Stay
Great little place in a good location just a couple blocks from down town. GJ Bed was comfortable and the place was very clean except for a couple items(microwave and mirrors).i am very picky when it comes to cleanliness. The kitchen could use a few basic items like some serving bowls, grater, paring knife, and carrot peeler. A few essentials like tinfoil, bags, seran wrap would have also been nice.

Great location!
We loved being close to downtown. This place was clean and quiet. We were within walking distace from restaurants, coffee and shopping. There is a brewery right next door that we enjoyed. It was a great place for a short stay. Would definitely stay again.

We were in town for 7 nights visiting family. The newly build loft was very clean and well appointed. Plenty of room for 2 people and an easy 5 minute walk to downtown GJ. We will stay again!

This is the 2nd time I’ve stayed at this place. It’s an excellent and affordable place that is centrally located and close to the University and downtown. Everything is walkable. The place is clean and well taken care of. Thanks for a great time.

Came to visit CMU and check out grand junction! The location was perfect, few minute walk to historic downtown, 4 min drive to the school. Apartment was very clean and cozy! Will stay again when we return!

Newer studio
Clean, quiet, efficient newer studio with kitchenette. Above the garage unit a few blocks north of Main St. and 8 blocks south of CMU campus. Hot plate, toaster oven and microwave do the trick for small meals in absence of stove/oven. Will stay again!

Ridiculously comfy bed 😂
This place was a new listing so we were hesitant but decided to try it out, and we’re not disappointed! The whole place was spotless, came with great amenities, right by town, easy parking, easy check in, and one of the comfiest beds I’ve slept in. Highly recommend!
