This place is huge and hard to get around. Elevator took 15 minutes to find and our room took just as long with many wrong turns. The hotel looks like a prison. Not very pleasing to the eye.

The front desk staff were friendly and helpful... a very nice start and finish to our stay. Having breakfast was very helpful especially given our busy schedule. The room was clean. However on the second day I noticed the ledge of the bathtub was dirty. Curious. Having more kleenex would be nice. Overall a good place to stay.

Best nights sleep! Most comfortable beds & bedding. You don't hear other rooms beside you. Customer service is great. Hotel is kept very clean, especially for an older building. Affordable as well. Love the atrium. Only cons, outer doors arent locked at all times with room key access until 10pm-6am. And hair dryer doesn't work well so plan to bring your own.

Good place to stay, convenient location & the breakfast was decent if you like hotel food. The only things I found a little annoying was when the 2 desk clerks disappeared for 10 minutes & all the parking in in the back.
