Lämmitä puulämmitteisen liesi edessä ennen kuin valmistelet perheen juhlaa täysin varustetussa keittiössä tai kaasugrillin ulkopuolella. Kun kyseessä on muodollinen 10 hengen ruokapöytä, 3-paikkainen aamiaisbaari ja 5-paikkainen lisäpöytä, siellä on runsaasti tilaa ruokailun jakamiseen yhdessä.

Vietä kotona iltaisin suoratoistoa suosikkielokuvasi taulu-TV: ssä olohuoneessa tai nauti rauhoittavista luonnon ääniä, kun asut johonkin kannen Adirondack-tuolista.

Pitkän päivän jälkeen järvellä voit taata hyvän yöunen missä tahansa 4 makuuhuoneesta, joissa on valikoima sängyn kokoisia ja viileitä geeliä sisältäviä patjoja. Makuuhuoneessa oleskelevat vieraat rakastuvat kylpyhuoneen porealtaaseen, kun taas neljännessä makuuhuoneessa oleskelevilla on pääsy yksityiseen verantaan.

Aivan tien toisella puolella on Trail Ridge Marina, joka tarjoaa veneilyn, paddleboardin ja kajakkivuokrauksen hauskaa perhettä varten.

EXCELLENT HOUSE+ LOCATION!!!!!!
I recently stayed at this rental house and had an excellent experience. The location is perfect, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. The kitchen is well-equipped with plenty of amenities, including tons of seasonings. The bathrooms were fully stocked with shampoos, hand soap, and other essentials. They also provided games, and washer detergent, which added to the convenience and comfort of our stay. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. Overall, this rental provided a comfortable and enjoyable home base for our trip. Highly recommended!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Amazing home. Everything they promise and more. Every day was a new adventure. We had a moose visit one day and deer almost every other. We enjoyed just sitting on the deck and watching the hummingbirds and other creatures. Do not forget your camera!

A wonderful place to stay
This home was spotless, roomy, and had everything we needed for a long weekend reunion with our immediate family. The new deck was especially nice. The location was great for access to the lake and town, but far enough from the road (in a pine and aspen grove) to be quiet.

Five Star Stay!
We were 7, 4 adults, 3 kids. House was clean, spacious and comfortable. The owners thought of everything! Place is superbly equipped! Our friends were pleasantly surprised to even find a pack and play for their youngest. Location is great - minutes from RMNP entrance, lakes and hikes in the Indian Peaks Wilderness as well. We all highly recommend this home.

Newly renovated house?
Kim advertised it as a newly renovated house, however, doors and windows were not working. One in the downstairs bathroom wouldn't even shut, so I texted Kim and she never answered. The floors were beautiful but dirty and the countertops were sticky. I'm not really sure what was renovated. However, we had plenty of room for our family and the home is really cute and comfortable, it just needs a little more love and maintenance.

Overall good property
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and the house met our needs. Starting with the good to great: we had a group of 10 people for a special family celebration. The house was plenty big - lots of room to spread out - we didn't feel like we were on top of each other. Beds and couches were all really comfortable - lots of great seating areas and spaces in the family room, big kitchen, huge pantry and dining room table for 10 were perfect for our group of 6 adults and 4 teens. The house was also well-stocked - found almost everything we needed in the kitchen and tons of extra bedding/blankets/pillows. Loved all the decorations and wall art - lots of fun things to see and take in. The area behind the house is gorgeous, awesome fire ring, beautiful natural mountain meadow and trees and so much wildlife! Saw 4 moose and 4-6 deer throughout the stay just to name a few. Just a few things could have been better: We loved having coffee on the deck in the morning - bring extra camp chairs if you have more than 3 people and be sure to wear shoes as the deck is not in good shape - peeling, exposed wood. The upstairs living room/sofa beds are a bit awkward, but we made it work - just be aware that people staying in the upstairs queen room with balcony will have to navigate through the living/sleeping space to get to the bathroom. Bath towels were few in number. We were glad we brought our own supply of paper towels because there was only one, half empty roll. House was also clean except the fridge drawers and shelves weren't the cleanest and counter/cabinets near the stove/oven were a bit sticky. I messaged the management company a couple of times leading up to the stay and never got a response. I had to call 4 days before we checked in to get the check-in instructions and a question answered (instructions should have been sent automatically 14 days before the stay, but were not; and yes, there is a gas/propane grill). They were helpful and responsive when I called. All in all, we really enjoyed the house and had a wonderful time. Thank you!

We loved this house! It had everything we needed for our stay! It was perfect for our family of six. We could easily get to town (which is super cute with things for kids to do) and we could easily get to RMNP.

Wonderful home!
We rented for the weekend and can’t say enough about how well appointed the house was. Kitchen was awesome, the spaces for our adult family were great, and the views were stunning. The owners were on the spot accommodating. We are hoping to rent again. It was really nice to be near all the action, but not IN it gor our President’s Day weekend.

This home checked all the boxes! The location was amazing with all the snow that we had. The interior was spacious enought for the 2 families that stayed. It could accommodate 3 families easily! I am already looking forward to booking it for our next trip there.
