It was a decent llace to stay! We loved the Halloween set up, outdoor chess, and fireplace. I just rated it a 4 star because the bathroom shower wasnt cleaned very well.

The lodge was nice , the staff was very helpful and friendly. My problem is mostly about the booking agent I did it on line and specifically explained that we needed a handicap room as we use a walker and need grab bars in the bathroom. The stool was very low so I had to help her to get up of the stool. The room they had us in at first was on the 2nd floor so the ladies had to shuffle the rooms around as the rooms were all booked so it took about 45 min. to get it done as they had to move 8 rooms

So many issues before we even arrived. Awful front desk experiences. Terrible communication. Moguls restaurant was a mess and the food less than subpar. Zero attention to our concerns. The location was beautiful, the amenities outside were great. The price for what we experienced as guests, did NOT even come close to our expectations. I do plan on reaching out via email, but at this point- would not recommend.

A very nice hotel room on busy fall day for a Monday. Our only disappointment was the hotel restaurant was closed Monday and Tuesday and we had 10 minute drive for our dinner.

Staff was great, the amenities & grounds were nice, and the restaurant onsite was good. My only complaint was we had sketchy plumbing in our room. The toilet didn’t flush well (even after I let the front desk know), and the water pressure was low in the shower. That was unfortunate and uncomfortable . The lodge is in a convenient location for sure but they should get the plumbing situated.
