Best hotel stay ever in Grand Rapids
On a trip to see family for Christmas, I have to say this hotel was one of tge beat I have stayed at in Grand Rapids. The location and area stores, food, entertainment and gas were a huge perk. The inside staff customer service was awesome! The insidw of the room and all it's accomodations were what I really appreciated, the miceowave, fridge, dishes, dishwasher desk, and couch. It felt like home and the perfect accomodations if i have to travel for work. My sister booked a room and hers was even more spacious. She enjoyed the pool for her family. It was the perfect stay thru the holidays.

The rooms were very nice and the staff was very friendly. Needed to do a better job of salting the parking lot as the ice in the lot was treacherous.

Weed infested nobodynst check in!
I drive 3 hours in a snow storm only to have nobody at the front desk or in the manager office. I waited over 20 minutes for help. A security guard walked by and he offered zero help. The front desk rep finally came down after I found a scratch piece of paper with his number on it and callled him. So frustrating. Great facility….lousy service

A wonderful property and room. Breakfast was good and very tasty coffee. The only problem was to much ice on the driveways and parking lot.

It was a business trip and pleasure trip into one took the wife with me. Room was very clean. Everything was great. Had a little problem with the television lots of food places close by to eat. It will be my go to place anytime in Grand Rapids.

What’s not to like? The hotel is only one month old and had that new smell throughout. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. I truly enjoyed my stay. The area was convenient to my travels within the city. I would be more than happy to return again, someday.

Great new spot!
Hotel was great. Staff was very friendly. Rooms were brand new, super clean, new technology. Loved the suite amenities including couch, mini ktichen. Heated pool was a hit with the kids (no hot tub). They had loungers out in the front with gas fire pits which was cool. Located in a very nice area right with lots to do (movies, food, starbucks) and down the street from Frederick Meijer Gardens, plus close proximity to downtown GR. Would return!
