Customer Service was wonderful. The hot tub needs a LOT of care. People were literally urinating in the hot tub in front of others. The jets were broken. They put out some pool towels at the beginning of the day, then that's it. If you don't get a towel at breakfast, you likely won't get one later. The breakfast served was OK. The interior was dark and extremely dated. The parking lot was clean. The area seemed safe.

This is a classic, aging chain-hotel. I knew that going in, I selected this particular hotel because I like how the pools are laid out on the older quality inns, it’s nice for my kids. The room was fairly updated and fairly clean, although there were a few things that were frustrating like a hair stuck to the blow dryer and the coffee pot being too dirty to use. But the bathtub and toilet and bed were all clean. I thought the pool area could’ve been cleaner and in better repair. But we were able to use it. the front desk staff were very nice. The outside of the hotel looks kind of rough.

Its enough for what it is
Its what you expect for a lower price hotel but nothing worse than that. Perfect if youre gonna explore the towns around to just come to the room and get a good nights rest and sleep. The best part is its in between holland, saugatuck and grand rapids.

When we booked thru Expedia and hey said nothing about the hot tub being broken!! So I called the night before we arrived and asked if the hot tub was working, I was told it was!! When we checked in we received the keys and the manager said “Oh our hot tub is not working correctly but we could still use it with no jets working! So…we decided to check it out at about 830pm. When we arrived , the hot tub was completely full so we checked in with the front desk girl who then asked those people to vacate the hot tub and pool area! At 10pm when it all closes the gal reminded the people to vacate!! She called the manager was very nice and allowed us a half an hour in the hot tub! Ugh I was furious because 2 different people told me two different stories!! We have stayed at Quality Inns Many times and had NO ISSUES BEFORE. Had t

The exterior of the building is old and dated. There was trash in the parking lot. As woman traveling alone, this set off my alarm bells. I decided to check out the lobby and was pleasantly surprised by the friendly greeting and good condition of the interior. My room was clean and comfortable. The staff is very nice.

Just a few things that were unsatisfactory the pop up in the sink didn't operate the toilet seat was loose the Jacuzzi or the hot tub the Jets were not operable that was one reason why we booked it we wanted the hot tub experience that didn't function other than that it was a pretty good place just a few things that were not up to par the pop-up in the sink didn't operate toilet seat was loose and the Jets and the hot tub were not functioning the whole weekend and that was one of the main reasons we booked that hotel
