I felt the staff treated us differently because we look young even though we are over 35. They also didn’t give us our complimentary water even though they did for the people before us. Lastly, we had to switch rooms because of the bathroom leaking water from the shower and they were not super friendly about it just said some people prefer that room (it was a handicapped room).

Our room was absolutely gorgeous, very clean and very comfortable! We were on the third floor and had a lovely view of the city. The hotel parking garage was full when we checked in, but we were able to park at another garage right across the street, which was very convenient.
